  • Spectrophotometer For Life Science

    BioSpec-nano - Shimadzu Corp.

Capable of performing quantitation and purity checking of nucleic acids, quantitation of proteins, and photometric measurements (OD values displayed and printed for specified wavelengths, up to 8 wavelengths). Simply drop 1 to 2 μL of the sample onto the measurement window and press the instrument's Start button (or click the Start Measurement button in the software window), and all steps in the process, from setting the optical path length, measurement, up until the task of wiping off the sample from the measurement window, are all carried out automatically. Troublesome work of moving arm up and down and wiping the sample from the measurement window now unnecessary. Moreover, when using the specialized software, all it takes to perform a measurement, output a report, export data, or carry out other common tasks is to click buttons on the toolbar.

High-performance spectroradiometer with NIST traceable calibration makes extremely accurate colorimetric measurements over the entire visible spectrum, even of narrow band sources.

  • Spectroradiometer

SpectroCAL MKII - Cambridge Research Systems Ltd

High-performance spectroradiometer with NIST traceable calibration makes extremely accurate colorimetric measurements over the entire visible spectrum, even of narrow band sources.

  • Spectroradiometer

FieldSpec 4 Hi-Res NG - Analytical Spectral Devices, Inc.

Higher resolution hyperspectral sensors yield greater precision for remote sensing classification applications, producing more information from every pixel generated in an image than ever before. To help maximize the full potential of these next generation sensors, measurements from ground based instrumentation need to meet or exceed the sensor’s spectral resolution. In the absence of this resolution equality, data is interpolated during post processing and vital spectral information can be smoothed and lost.

  • Spectroradiometers

    SphereOptics GmbH

Versatile, miniaturised spectroradiometer with the ability to measure both spectral radiance (luminance in cd/m²) and spectral irradiance (illuminance in lux) in one instrumentSpecbos models provide for measurements in the 250-1000 nm range, with specialist versions available for flash photometry and average LED intensity in accordance with CIE 127:2007A built-in red laser pointing device conveniently defines the measurement spot for luminance measurementsThe large variety of accessories and the UV option make this small instrument to a versatile all-rounder to fit a lot of applications

  • Spectroradiometers

MS-700 Series - EKO Instruments Co., Ltd.

Since their introduction, they were widely used as reference instruments for outdoors spectral irradiance measurements in the fields of Photovoltaic and Meteorological research. In 2001 the MS-700/701 was successfully introduced and adopted by researchers. Since then, the MS series expanded, with sophisticated instruments like MS-711 and MS-712 which cover a wide spectral range for VIS-NIR-IR applications. The MS-series now covers a spectral range from 300nm up to 1700 nm. All spectroradiometers benefit from an advanced spectrometer which is temperature controlled at a fixed temperature to maximise performance in a wide operating temperature range. During the years we proved that long term stability was one of the success factors of the MS-series spectroradiometers.

  • Spectroradiometers

    Apogee Instruments, Inc.

Apogee offers two types of spectroradiometers. The Field Spectroradiometer was designed for unattended field measurements as well as laboratory measurements. The Lab Spectroradiometer is for laboratory measurements and portable measurements.

  • Spectroscopy Applications

    Anadis Instruments Benelux b.v.

Spectroscopy has become a powerful tool leading to a broad range of applications, as can be seen in the map below. From the lesser known FT-IR analysis of lipid structures in skin (of interest when applying medicines to the skin as well as in studying the effects of skin aging) to the widely used measurement of additives and the octane number (RON, MON) in fuels. Using spectroscopic techniques has many advantages. The technique is non-destructive; almost any sample can be studied in virtually any state. The techniques are applicable off-line, in-line, at-line or on-line. Identification als well as quantification is possible. Check the map with applications, it will be regularly updated and expanded.

  • Speed Pick-up

    SU63 - Validyne Engineering

The Validyne SU63 is an AC inductive speed pick-up used for RPM measurement on high-speed rotating equipment. The SU63 is a tightly-wound coil with a laminated core that can be conveniently mounted on rotating equipment so that the magnetic field of a magnetized nut or part passes through the coil windings. The moving magnetic field produces a voltage within the coil proportional to its rate of change and the strength of the permanent magnetized part. The frequency of this inductive voltage spike is fed into an oscilloscope or counter to determine RPM.
