The InfraCal 2 TRANS-SP is recommended for measuring oil in water, TPH in soil or FOG in wastewater concentration levels using the traditional EPA methods 413.2 and 418.1 or ASTM method D7066-04 and Freon-113, hydrocarbon-free grade of perchloroethylene, AK-225, S-316 or other spectroscopic infrared transparent solvent as the extracting solvent. Since the extract is deposited into a 10 mm quartz cuvette cell with Teflon stopper, light end volatile components are retained for measurement. Accurate down to 0.1 ppm.

RMO-TW series is perfect for winding resistance measurements of inductive objects. It is ideal for testing transformer windings (power transformers, distribution, autotransformers) and for on-load tap changer verification. In addition, any RMO-TW transformer ohmmeter & tap changer analyzer can also perform transformer demagnetization.The series contains 4 models, with maximal test currents from 10 A (RMO10TW) to 50 A (RMO50TW). They are fitted in a portable and lightweight metal housing.All transformer ohmmeters from RMO-TW series generate a true DC ripple-free current with automatically regulated measurement and discharging circuit. The injection of current and discharge of energy from the test object are automatically regulated.Three independent channels enable testing of three windings in series. Consequently, this enables measurements of winding resistance in every tap position of an on-load tap changer without discharging between the tests.DV-Win software enables control and observation of the test process, as well as saving and analyzing the results on a PC. It provides a test report, arranged in a selectable form as an Excel spreadsheet, PDF, Word, or ASCII format. Additionally, DV-Win measures and calculates the OLTC transition time, the ripple and the winding resistance for each tap changing operation. The software can also perform the calculations necessary for the “Heat Run” test. Finally, a user can export all results in the form of a report.

The TWA standard series instruments are designed to measure the resistance of six coils and simultaneously analyze the three-phase tap changer on load of the primary and secondary transformer coils (provided by model TWA40). Each transformer configuration has a special measurement algorithm that is optimized for rapid stabilization of test results. The TWA instruments generate a true DC current without ripple. The Oil Tan Delta (OTD) is a laboratory instrument, which measures the Tan Delta, Resistivity and Relative Permittivity of insulating liquids. These tests give a wider picture of the overall quality of the insulating oil, and will indicate if there is any contamination. Megger has developed features of the OTD to ensure that productivity levels within laboratories are maximised. The microprocessor controlled inductive heater means that there is uniformity of temperature throughout the cell, in compliance with IEC 60247, and for cooling a fan effectively speeds up the cell cooling time. The instrument has a temperature measuring range of 10 to 110 C, with an accuracy of 1 C. It can be set to preheat before testing takes place. The automated oil drain facility negates the need to move the oil vessel. User safety is paramount and with this in mind, Megger have designed independent and dual redundant high voltage cut-off circuitry. If for any reason the user needs to abort the test, this can be done so by pressing any key, immediately terminating the test and removing the high voltage. The design of the cell components maximise oil fill rate but minimise turbulence in oil flow and eliminate trapping of air. With only 32 cell components, it is easy to assemble and disassemble.

Thorlabs' Optical Spectrum Analyzers (OSAs) perform highly accurate spectral measurements. Compatible with fiber-coupled and free-space light sources, these compact benchtop instruments suit a wide variety of applications, such as analyzing the spectrum of a telecom signal, resolving the Fabry-Perot modes of a gain chip, and identifying gas absorption lines. Many commonly available OSAs use grating-based monochromators, which have slow acquisition times due to the need to mechanically scan the grating and average out noise at each wavelength. Thorlabs' OSAs acquire the spectrum via a Fourier transform using a scanning Michelson interferometer in a push/pull configuration. This approach dramatically improves the acquisition time, enables a high-precision wavelength meter mode with 7 significant figures and ±1 part-per-million accuracy, and allows the included software to provide robust statistical analysis of the acquired spectra, as explained in the Design tab.
