    Multifunction calibrator MC142 is a precision voltage, current and power calibration source serving as a measurement standard in calibration laboratories and production lines; where verification of electrical measurement equipment & sensors is required.     The 41 inch Monopole antenna is required for making electric field emission measurements below 60 MHz per Military standards (MIL-STD-461) and FAA (DO-160) specifications. This antenna is for emissions measurements only. It cannot be used for transmitting. The Active Monopole antenna is generally used in a shielded room or in a screen room, with the equipment under test (EUT) placed on a metal ground plane. The 41 inch rod and the ground plane behave electrically as though a mirror image of the rod were located below the ground, and the ground removed. Since the stainless steel plate does not have enough surface area to mirror the entire 41 inch rod, it is bonded to the surrounding ground plane during use. The AM-741 is battery powered to prevent measurement errors that maybe caused by external power cables. The ANSI equivalent capacitance substitution (ECSM) method is the recommended method for calibrating AM-741 monopole antenna. The individual calibration data will be included with each antenna.

    National RF's Type NPS-2412 analog power supply was designed to be used in communication equipment where radiated switching inverter noise from conventional “switching type” supplies is not acceptable. The power supply consists of a standard rectified transformer output driving a pair of voltage regulators and filtering networks. The 2412 offers an adjustable voltage output between 2 and 24 volts as well as a fixed voltage output of 12 volts. A maximum of 20 Watts of DC power can be supplied from the unit. As the voltage regulators dissipate power in the regulation process, the power to the load is derated accordingly, dependent on the set voltage to the load. The adjustable regulator is a standard LM-317T integrated circuit device. The fixed regulator is a standard LM 7812 device. Upon customer request, the LM 7812 device may be changed to any voltage rating within the the LM-78xx series of regulators. Contact National RF for this modification if desired.

    Is a dual function direct reading and programmable rotary vane type attenuator for use in millimeterwave systems across the standard WR-03 frequency range of 220 to 330 GHz. The attenuator is an ideal piece of equipment in waveguide systems where a broad direct reading of attenuation is required. The default mode of operation is manual direct reading. In manual mode, the attenuation is adjustable with the large knob and the digital LCD screen displays the current attenuation value. The LCD screen is powered by an internal rechargable battery, which is charged via the 2.5mm DC jack by a provided DC to AC adapter. The 2.5mm DC jack also provides power to the stepper motor, encoder and internal microprocessor for the programmable mode function. The user can quickly switch to programmable mode by connecting the powered-up attenuator to a computer with the USB Type B port. In programmable mode, the attenuation is finely adjusted with a precision stepper motor by the internal microprocessor via user-entered serial port commands from the computer.
