Teledyne LeCroy
Passive probes are the standard probe provided with most oscilloscopes. Typical passive probes provide a 10:1 attenuation and feature a high input resistance of 10 MΩ. This high input resistance means that passive probes are the ideal tool for low frequency signals since circuit loading at these frequencies is minimized. Passive probes are designed to handle voltages of at least 400V, some as high as 600V. Teledyne LeCroy passive probes feature an attenuation sense pin which tells the oscilloscope to scale the waveforms automatically requiring no user input. Each passive probe is recommended for a certain oscilloscope, using the right passive probe with the right oscilloscope means that the probe will be properly compensated across the entire bandwidth. Using probes with a different oscilloscope will only let you compensate for low frequencies.

XF Family -
Langer EMV-Technik GmbH
The XF family consists of 4 passive magnetic field probes and 3 passive E field probes designed for measuring magnetic and E-fields in ranges from 30 MHz to 6 GHz during the development phase. Due to their integrated impendance matching the probes are less sensitive in the lower frequency range than the RF type probes.

LF1 set -
Langer EMV-Technik GmbH
The LF1 near-field probe set consists of 4 shielded near-field probes used during the development process for emission measurement of longwave, medium wave, and shortwave frequencies on electronic devices. The probe heads of the LF1 set are designed for incremental detection of sources of electromagnetic interference on assemblies. First, the electromagnetic interference of the assembly is detected by the LF-R 400 probe from up to 10 cm. Then probes with higher resolution like the LF-B 3, LF-U 5 and LF-U 2.5 are used to more precisely detect any source of interference. The probe heads are designed for taking measurements at single pins and larger components. Near-field probes are small and handy. They have a current attenuating sheath and, therefore, are electrically shielded. They can be connected to a spectrum analyzer or an oscilloscope with a 50 Ω input. The H-field probes do not have an internal terminating resistance of 50 Ω.

N2140A -
Keysight Technologies
The Keysight N2140A is an extremely low-cost passive probe that provides a switchable 10:1 / 1:1 attenuation and up to 200 MHz bandwidth. It features a high input resistance of 10 MΩ (switchable to 1 MΩ) to address a wide range of measurement needs with low probe loading. The probe can be adjusted for both low-frequency compensation and high-frequency compensation. For the best measurements, you should compensate your probe to match its characteristics to the oscilloscope. This probe is compatible with Keysight InfiniiVision Series oscilloscopes with 1 MΩ input.

N2142A -
Keysight Technologies
The Keysight N2142A is an extremely low-cost passive probe that provides a switchable 10:1 / 1:1 attenuation and up to 75 MHz bandwidth.

Huntron
Flying Probe technology is used to automate the testing of printed circuit boards (PCB) that would otherwise have to be tested manually. Adding a Huntron Access Prober to your test procedure will significantly decrease test times therefore increasing productivity.Access Probers can accurately place a probe on test points with high accuracy achieved using micro-stepping motors and linear laser encoders. Probing the smallest surface mounted devices is possible. Huntron Access Probers can automate your unique test process using the standard probe or by adding a custom probe of your design. Huntron offers three Flying Probe system configurations based on PCB size and test head requirements.

SONOSCAN Q -
SONOTEC GmbH
In addition to angle beam probes according to european standards (EN), we offer probes with quick-change wedges for ultrasonic weld seam inspection as well as various wedges for the american market. Quick-change probes are used wherever access to the inspection object is difficult to reach with the larger AWS transducers. The relatively small, round elements also offer better defect resolution.

MFA 01 set -
Langer EMV-Technik GmbH
The micro probes are used to measure magnetic fields and they have a high resolution. They measure magnetic fields up to 6 GHz, e.g. at signal conductors (150µm), SMD components (0603-0201) or IC pins. The MFA micro probes are guided by hand. An amplifier stage is integrated into the probe head. The amplifier stage (9V, 100mA) is powered via the Bias tee BT 706. It has an impedance of 50 Ohm. The micro probes are connected via the Bias tee BT 706 to a spectrum analyzer or an oscilloscope. Langer EMV-Technik GmbH includes correction lines in the delivery. With the help of the correction lines the probe output voltage is converted either into the respective magnetic field or to the current which is running through the conductor.

MFA 02 set -
Langer EMV-Technik GmbH
The two in the set included micro probes are used to measure low-frequency magnetic fields up to 1 GHz, e.g. at signal conductors (150µm), SMD componets (0603-0201) or IC pins. The MFA micro probes are guided by hand. An amplifier stage is integrated into the probe head. The amplifier stage (9V, 100mA) is powered via the BT 706 Bias tee. It has an impedance of 50 Ohm.
