48-Channel, Sink/Source Inputs, Channel-Channel Isolated PXI Digital I/O Module—The PXI‑6529 is an industrial, parallel digital input interface. PXI‑6529 devices are ideal for a variety of applications from automotive design, industrial factory automation, and machine control to aerospace, laboratory research, and biomedical applications. With programmable power-up states, you can configure the initial output states in software to ensure safe operation when connected to industrial actuators. If a computer or application fault occurs, the PXI‑6529 can use digital I/O watchdogs to switch to a configurable safe output state to ensure detection and safe recovery from fault conditions. Programmable input filters eliminate glitches/spikes and provide debouncing for digital switches/relays through a software-selectable digital filter.

Series HSP
The Kepco HSP series provides mission critical power. HSP comprises a group of twelve models, eight 1000 watt power supplies with outputs from 3.3 volts to 125 volts and four 1500 watt power supplies with outputs from 24 volts to 125 volts. All models feature current-sharing for parallel redundant N+1 operation. Models with the or-ing diode, option R, are capable of hot swapping when plugged into Kepco¹s RA 60 series rack adapter. Models with a digital meter, option M, are also available (see photo, right). A mechanical keying scheme allows the user to define which power supply will plug into a specified slot in the housing. Output voltage and current limit settings are adjustable from the panel and may be remotely adjusted.

The Model 3560BIA uses a design unique to Epsilon, where the knife edges remain parallel during the displacement. Integral springs hold the unit on the test sample. The parallel multiple flexure design makes these units very durable.The Model 3560AVG reads axial strain only as a single averaged output. It may also be supplied with two independent outputs, one measurement from each side of the specimen. This set-up is most commonly required when an indication of specimen bending is desired. The second version, the Model 3560BIA, includes both the averaged axial strain and the transverse strain. Again, this may also be configured as dual independent axial readings, which results in a three channel extensometer.The Model 3560 extensometers are strain gaged devices, making them compatible with any electronics designed for strain gaged transducers. Most often they are connected to a test machine controller. The signal conditioning electronics for the extensometer is typically included with the test machine controller or may often be added. In this case the extensometer is shipped with the proper connector and wiring to plug directly into the electronics. For systems lacking the required electronics, Epsilon can provide a variety of solutions, allowing the extensometer output to be connected to data acquisition boards, chart recorders or other equipment.
