Model LXT330 Liquid Transmitter is a single or dual channel, universal, multi-parameter transmitter, designed for continuous online liquid measurements. It is paired with SP3 Smart sensors and is intended for use in non-hazardous, general purpose rated industrial environments. The SP3 sensor platform covers a wide range of liquid analytical measurements, such as pH, ORP, Specific Ion (pION), dissolved oxygen, free chlorine, total chlorine, conductivity, resistivity and turbidity. The LXT330 transmitter can be used with any SP3 smart sensors without additional user reconfiguration. The Universal Transmitter & Smart Sensor loop philosophy removed the need to stock for multiple instrument types. The process parameter, sensor details, serial number and calibration history are stored in the sensor's main memory, facilitated by two-way digital communication between the sensors and transmitter. The LXT330 universal transmitter allows for up to two SP3 sensors per transmitter (contact factory for available combinations).

The MCX-32 controller features a flexible design that allows the user to customize a system by choosing from a selection of individually addressable field devices or use addressable input and output modules. Detcon’s full range of gas sensors (purchased separately) can be used to create a gas detection system consisting of toxic gas, combustible gas, and/or oxygen deficiency. A wide range of field devices such as liquid level, temperature, pressure, flow, etc., can also be configured for input to the control system. Four standard I/O modules are available: a 4-channel 4-20mA input module (DA-4), a 4-alarm relay output module (RL-4), a 4-channel 4-20mA output module (AO-4), and a 4-relay contact input module (DI-4). I/O modules are din-rail mounted and stackable allowing for seamless system expansion. The I/O modules may be mounted within the main system enclosure or in separate enclosures suitable for the area classification where installation will occur. In many cases using distributed I/O nodes can significantly reduce wiring and installation costs.

The Maccor Series 4000, Model 4200, and Model 4300 Automated Test Systems can be configured with an M option. This option adds a Multiplexer to the test system which allows the channels to be connected to a Princeton Applied Research PARSTAT 4000 or Solartron Analytical 1260/87 impedance analyzer. With the impedance analyzer connected to the test system via the multiplexer the user can then program impedance tests in the Maccor test procedure which when reached will cause the test system to automatically disconnect the Maccor test channel from the device and connect the impedance analyzer to the device. When the impedance test is completed the test system will then automatically disconnect the impedance analyzer from the device and connect the Maccor test channel back to the device and continue with the programmed test procedure. For the Series 4000 Automated Test System, multiple multiplexers and impedance analyzers may be connected to a single test system. These COD gages mount on a water-cooled bracket, which is mounted on the furnace side cut-out or with optional load frame support brackets. The standard temperature version (to 1200℃) is supplied with high purity alumina rods. The high temperature option is furnished with alpha grade silicon carbide rods. Rods are made to order to the length required for your furnace. Mounting brackets may be integrated with the furnace cut-out. The Model 3548COD extensometers are strain gaged devices, making them compatible with any electronics designed for strain gaged transducers. The Validyne model SI314 is a network interface that connects our model P61 USB pressure Transducer to your smart phone or network web browser. The SI314 supports Ethernet and Wi-Fi connections and will display current pressure readings and transducer status on any web browser or via smart phone. The SI314 also displays the transducer temperature, date of calibration, model and serial numbers and these can be viewed wirelessly or by Ethernet connection. The SI314 makes your P61 accessible from anywhere in the world. Data logging of pressure data is configured via a web browser or smart phone and readings may be stored once per minute to once per hour. A thumb drive or memory card collects the data in comma separated file format(csv) for download to your computer. The data may also be accessed via the network. Electrostatic discharge testing, also known as ESD testing is an essential test for many product. Electrostatic discharge can cause a number of problems including but not limited to mechanical failures, coal dust explosions, fuel vapor explosions and bodily injury. ESD is the sudden transfer of electricity between to electrically charged objects. This electrostatic transfer can be caused by contact, dielectric breakdown or an electrical short. ESD testing simulates various electrostatic impacts that equipment might experience either during transit or operation. The impact of electrostatic discharge can be significant whether the ESD even is so slight that is undetectable by hearing or sight or as spectacular as electrical sparks or lightning. An electrostatic discharge test determines whether a product is in compliance with its ESD protective area and procedures. Electronics manufacturers must identify ESD-reducing measures when their products are either susceptible to ESD or likely to create ESD. These measures can include establishing electrostatic protective areas that are free of static, controlling humidity, using measures to eliminate charging such as avoiding highly charging materials and taking steps to remove static such as grounding human workers or requiring antistatic devices. An ESD test confirms that the equipment correctly operates per the test requirement and the manufacturer’s operating procedures.

Command functions include alarm reset, alarm acknowledge, alarm test and radio silence. In normal operation the control panel provides real time display of gas concentrations or the status of other field devices; battery charge levels, network RF signal quality and any number of fault diagnostic conditions affecting either an individual field device or the entire network. These fault conditions are displayed on the control screen.Options include audio alarm, visual alarm, external alarm port, alarm reset switch and up to 4 external wired sensor inputs.
