VXI stands for VME eXtensions for Instrumentation. It is an open standard first developed by five leading Test and Measurement companies in 1987 to standardise a backplane capable of developing open, interchangeable instrument modules that could be used to build Automatic Test Equipment (ATE).Data Patterns designs and markets a wide range of VXI modules, some of which are listed below. Due to the use of the latest technologies, Data Patterns VXI modules offer the highest I/O density available in the industry today.Further enhancements of functional capabilities are achieved by the use of VXI IP carriers and VXI M Module carriers. This extends standard functions available from Data Patterns in these mezzanine architectures to the VXI platform.

The full scale range is specified by the end user. A NIST traceable calibration certificate is standard. Cleaning for oxygen service is available. Our laminar flow elements (smooth, threaded or flanged) are available in various sizes from 3/8" up to 8". Low pressure drops at full scale flow.

The chassis meets the requirements of GOST R 51884-2002 and the document System Specification VXI-1 Revision 1.4.

The heated ESI probe, high-temperature heating block, desolvation line (DL) and drying gas, all act to promote desolvation and prevent contamination due to the penetration of liquid droplets into the MS unit. This improves the robustness, so reliable and high-accuracy data can be obtained over the long term. The LCMS-8045 also achieves the world's fastest scan speed (30,000 u/sec) and polarity switching speed (5 msec). These enable ultra-high-speed, high-sensitivity analysis. The excellent cost performance of this system is demonstrated in food safety, environmental analysis, and other quantitative analyses, it can be upgraded to the LCMS-8060.

The DZ-100 inherits the same CRITERION™ technology—a differential pressure detection system for laminar viscous flow ranges—used on HORIBA STEC’s MFC, the D500. This innovative technology controls the mass flow of various gases with high precision. As with the D500, the user-configurable DZ-100 supports multi-range and multi-gas applications. The compact design of the MFC reduces the internal volume of the internal gas flow path, and the optimized control algorithm improves response characteristics. It uses a compact CPU with high processing capacity, and the piezo drive circuit and control CPU are installed in the MFC module while the power supply components are housed in a separate small control box. Up to four MFC modules can be controlled by connecting them with the dedicated miniature connectors.
