HXV Series -

HXV products are high voltage systems intened for Hi-pot / IR or High voltage switching. They can be configured to drive from 32 to 128 switch points per chassis and can be configured as multiplexer (1xN) or Matrix (NxM) configurations. Stand HXV chassis are used for signals up to 5000 VAC rms ( 7400 V peak ) and can carry up to 5 amps of current. Custom systems can be built up to 25KV. Most of the modules used in these systems are 1xN multiplexers or 2x4 matrix modules that can be combined to form larger multiplexers or matrices. Connector options for standard HXV include 5 way banaba jacks / binding posts, Shrouded Banana Jacks or SHV ( High voltage BNC) if you need to use a high voltage cable with a grounded shield for safety applications. Control options include 10/100BaseT Ethernet LAN, RS232, GPIB or optional manual control. Standard HXV systems use high voltage reed relays. Custom HXV systems up to 25KV use application specific relays and connectors from a variety of vendors based on required specifications.

The Keysight 34903A is a general-purpose switch module for the 34970A/34972A Data Acquisition/Switch Unit. It has 20 independent single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) relays and is used to cycle power to products under test, control indicator and status lights, and to actuate external power relays and solenoids. Combine it with matrix and multiplexer modules to build custom switch systems. Its 300 V, 1 A contacts can handle up to 50 W, enough for many power line switching applications.

The TA-2000 test fixture is a combination panel that incorporates all the standard capabilities of the legacy CTS-11(ADI) and CTS-12(HSI) panels and much more. The panel provides for testing of both superflag(28v) and low level meters through a matrix of switching that will allow testing of all meters simultaneously or just individually. One of the main advantages of the Telematrix system is the relative ease in which both large and small matrix systems may be conceived and assembled from a selection of only five basic components. The five main components forming the Telematrix are the Enclosure, the CPU Card, the Input Card, the Output Card and the Input Device (keyboards etc.). Cards simply slide into the enclosure on nylon card guides and secured by two small screws. Keyboards are connected by a flexible 4 core telephone lead and plug into the Telematrix using standard BT plugs (X2110, X2120) or via a standard 4 pair CAT5 cable terminating on RJ45 IDC connectors (X2140).

The probes, strategically located at the hub sites next to edge routers and edge QAMs, continuously monitor IPTV QoS with MPEG-TS transport metrics of SPTS and MPTS multicast streams as well as DVB-C MPTS streams. The NET-xTVMS is scalable from 1 to 1000 probes. Several types of probes are available to suit many different monitoring applications. Metrics are collected at the probes and alarms are sent to the server once they exceed predefined thresholds. A system wide alarm matrix, alarm logs and periodic metrics for each location can then be viewed via Internet on client computers.
