VME Data Acquistion System
ADM-31
The VME-based ADM31 data acquistion system supports up to 48 differential or up to 96 single-ended analog inputs. The ADM31 control card is an intelligent A/D subsystem master or slave device that controls the analog A/D cards. Up to two A/D cards can be configured with the control card to complete the A/D system.

The AD42M Data Acquisition Module provides high performance 14-bit digitizing of analog signals for VMEbus applications. The AD42M accepts 4 differential analog inputs via front panel miniature SMC connectors. The AD42M utilizes a signal processor to acquire and store data samples. The AD42M is able to direct the data samples to local static RAM or VSB.

The HAB208 has a PICMG 1.3 CPU card slot, a PCIe x 16 slot and a total of six 32bit/33MHz PCI slots. The onboard 24-pin ATX power connector and 8-pin connector for thermal detected board are featured. Furthermore, the backplane supports two onboard SATA ports (optional function). The HAB208 is perfect fit for AXIOMTEK's half-size CPU cards, the SHB210 and SHB211, which are built around the PICMG 1.3 form factor. We have enclosures, the AX60551 & AX60552, to house the backplane.

The V550 is a 6U, one-slot VME module which will acquire position data from up to eight LVDT (linear variable differential transformer) position sensors. The LVDT sensors are excited by an ultrastable synthesized sinewave generator, and conditioned by a precision 16-bit A/D converter followed by digital signal processing. The resident microprocessor supervises scanning and signal conditioning, and places updated position data in VME-accessible dual-ported data registers for instant access from the VME bus.
