The FAB208 has a PICMG 1.3 CPU card slot, one PCI Express x16 slot, and a total of six 32bit/33MHz PCI slots. The onboard 24-pin ATX power connector and 8-pin connector for thermal detected board are featured. Furthermore, the backplane supports two high speed USB 2.0 ports. The FAB208 is optimized to support AXIOMTEK's PICMG 1.3 system host boards, the SHB100 and SHB110. We have two enclosures, the AX60551 and AX60552, to house the backplane.

Each channel can be a signal source or a measurement input. The V410 is a 6U VME module that provides sixteen independent analog inputs that may be used to read RTDs, thermistors, and other similar resistive sensors. It can also read cryogenic diodes. Users may set input range and adjust other settings at VMEbus speed, and depending on the range selected the microprocessor will do the necessary calculations and output voltage, resistance, or temperature. Temperature conversion is available for 100Ω and 1000Ω, series 385 and 392, platinum RTDs.

The board is available with either positive or negative output polarity; mixed version with 3 positive and 3 negative channels is also available.
