ST60 High Temperature -
Dexter Research Center, Inc.
A single-channel silicon-based thermopile that will withstand operating temperatures of 225C, with a small active area of 0.61mm x 0.61mm in a TO-5 package. The reduced height package functions as an internal aperture. Two thermistor options provide ambient package temperature measurement. Currently only available with 8-14um silicon window. Time constant of 18ms with Nitrogen encapsulation gas delivers a very low Temperature Coefficient of Responsivity of -0.4%C. This detector has a very short thermal shock response to ambient temperature change.

INFICON Holding AG
In various market segments from the automotive industry to refrigeration and air conditioning technology to the manufacture of semiconductor components and solar technology our leak detectors provide the highest quality and increased process safety. With an INFICON leak detector, the time and money required for maintenance and troubleshooting of your products will be reduced to a minimum and your ongoing operating costs will be significantly less. An INFICON leak detector, for example, is so highly sensitive that a release of less than one millionth of a gram of gas can be shown to be a leak.

Flameguard P5-200 -
Teledyne Marine ODI
The FlameGuard™ P5-200 is a key enabling technology for a 5 kV - 200 A, three-phase dry mate electrical feedthrough system. Designed for offshore topside oil and gas platforms, where explosive and flammable conditions are likely, the feedthrough system is used to provide an electrical connection to downhole pumping systems. The feedthrough system is designed for dry tree operators and ESP pump manufacturers who want to reduce operating expenses over the life of the field, while improving system reliability and reducing safety risks.

PTFM-ONE-DT -
HORIBA, Ltd.
The Dual Pitot Tube Flow Meter, PTFM-ONE DT is a standalone interface for measuring exhaust gas flow rate of combustion engines. The system uses the tried-and-tested pitot tube principle with high-frequency transducers, with a sampling rate of 1kHz to accurately measure highly pulsating exhaust flows. This rapid capture rate ensures that any pulsations or exotic behaviour caused by the engine is measured, and the unique design of the PTFM-ONE DT means reverse flows can be calculated, with the same guarantee of sensitivity.

tecsis LP
As part of our Oil & Gas Series, tecsis LP now offers the Model LPI inclination sensor to measure inclination in the X, Y, or both X and Y directions (2-dimensional), used to measure the tilt angle of objects with respect to the horizontal. This unique sensor is useful as a safety component for measuring boom angle on construction cranes, platforms, and lifts. It also provides accurate data for leveling agricultural and commercial vehicles, monitoring drilling angles and derricks, or recording pitch and roll of ships.

Environment Associates Inc.
A product that is designed for or could potentially be placed in a hazardous, explosive environment must be evaluated, especially if it could cause the environment to ignite. This is imperative for products that operate within engine compartments, electrical panels that are mounted in adverse environments, pumps and much more. We can test using almost any mixture of propane or hexane gas and can support these tests with altitudes up to 50,000 ft. If you are concerned about your product’s potential risks, see us about putting your test plans in action.

PCE Instruments
A radiation detector is a device for measuring nuclear, electromagnetic or light radiation. A nuclear radiation detector identifies nuclear radiation by measuring the emission of ionizing radiation of alpha particles, beta particles and gamma rays. Also referred to as a geiger counter, a nuclear radiation detector consists of two main elements: the processing electronics and the geiger tube. The geiger tube is filled with low-pressure inert gas like helium, argon or neon. If radioactive radiation occurs, the inert gas is ionized. An anode within the geiger tube registers the quantity of ionized particles numerically correlating with the strength of the radioactive radiation. The radioactivity measurement is then displayed on the LCD screen of the geiger counter or nuclear radiation detector.

AW Gear Meters
Lake Variable Area flow meters, often referred to as rotameters, measure flow rate of a liquid or gas by relating linear displacement of an internal “float” or sharp-edged orifice plate (Lake) to a corresponding flow rate. As flow rate increases, the orifice area that the flow moves through also increases – thus, the term “Variable Area.” Variable Area meters either allow flow through a peripheral orifice formed between a tapered wall and a float as in the traditional rotameter, or an annular orifice and an internal tapered metering pin in the Lake Monitor.
