The EIM-01 external input module is used to safely isolate and input an external drive signal into the MAC-01, -02 or -03 AC Power Sources/Frequency Converters. The unit can accept various waveforms from laboratory or programmable oscillators or from a Titan MOS-01, -01A, -01B when used as a slave unit in multi-KVA systems. BNC input is completely isolated and floating with 1,500VAC breakdown and excellent common mode rejection. A recessed 8% gain adjustment control is also provided. The EIM-01 must be factory installed.

The transmitter converts the displacement or vibration signal to DC voltage and/or current for a DCS or PLC system. They control a 4-20mA current loop for a specified vibration range (ex. 0-5 mils peak-to-peak). The transmitters have a two-wire hook-up, powered solely by the loop current and have a power supply range of 15 to 36 volts.
