Board takes 144 DIO from ACIO and does Open/Ground, 28V/Open, 28V/Ground configuration. The FMC121 provides two 16-bit A/D channels up to 1Gsps and two 16-bit D/A channels up to 1.4 Gsps data rate with a 2.8 GSPS update rate. The design is based on Texas Instruments’ ADS54J60 Analog-to-Digital converter and Texas Instruments DAC39J84 Digital-to-Analog converter. The sample clock can be supplied externally through a coaxial connection or supplied by an internal clock source (optionally locked to an external reference) for multi-channel synchronization. An external trigger input is available for timing synchronization. The FMC121 is mechanically and electrically compliant to the FMC standard (ANSI/VITA 57.1).

The DB-24R consists of 24 form C, electromechanical relays for efficient switching of load by programmed control. The contact of each relay can control a 0.5 A /110 V load or 1A / 24VDC. The relay is energized by applying a 5 voltage signal to the appropriate relay channel on the 50-pin Opto-22 compatible connector or D-Sub 37 connector . Twenty-four enunciator LEDs, one for each relay, light when their associated relay is activated . This board needs a +12VDC or +24VDC external power supply to avoid overloading your PC’s power supply.

The DB-24SSR/DB-24SSRDC includes 24 normally open, or form A, solid-state relays The board interface to filed logic signals, eliminating ground-loop problems and isolating the host computer from damaging voltages. The user can use the DB-24SSR/DB-24SSRDC to switch high voltage load, up to 240 VAC/50 VDC and up to 4 A. The relay is energized by applying a 5-voltage signal to the appropriate relay channel on the 50-pin header or 37-pin D-sub connector. Twenty-four enunciator LEDs, one for each relay, light when their associated relay is activated. Because there is a D-sub 37-pin connector on the board, the user may use it to interface to any TTL output board. In other words, the user may use it as a general purpose solid state relay output board.

Data Patterns' core business for over 20 years has been the development of Automated Test Equipment for critical aerospace requirements. Data Patterns developed a Multi Programmer with associated test automation software in 1994. Christened the DP-800 this product was adopted for the implementation of test rigs for Navigation Platform Test Benches, Engine Test Bed Automation, Cable Harness Test Systems, etc. This product was effectively utilized in the development of test benches required by Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) for the Polar Satellite Launch Vechicle (PSLV) and Geo Stationary Launch Vehicle (GSLV). Based on this foundation, the next generation test benches were developed in the cPCI architecture. Presently, Data Patterns develops cPCI based test systems for Laboratory applications as well as VME based test systems for challenging environmental conditions.
