The 9025 VXI Receiver is a 25-module solution designed for use with VPC pre-wired interconnect adapters, but can also accommodate a combination of pre-wired interconnect adapters and discrete-wired modules using retainer blocks.1-4 modules attach to an interconnect adapter which in turn is attached to the VXI card. This connector “funnel” forms a complete VXI module, which is easily inserted or removed from the VXI mainframe for maximum flexibility in testing applications. The interconnect adapter also provides room for driver sensors. External cabling to the card is done with a cable clamp or connector located on the top or bottom of the adapter. The Pre-Amplifier contains an AC/DC power supply, internal low noise amplifier, and a bias tee to source a DC bias voltage on the RF input connector.To overcome cable loss between the test antenna and the Pre-Amplifier assembly, a remote low noise amplifier (LNA) is mounted directly onto the 10 GHz antenna. The twin shower area with 1.1 million litre & 0.35 million litre volume is enclosed in a shed where arrays of pipes are interconnected to form zones to ensure the uniform spraying as per JSS 55555 test standard. The water gushes through the nozzle at a flow rate of up to 288 cu m/hr and the test chamber water collection system have a central grating with sufficient slope to collect the sprayed water during operation and circulate it back to the water reservoir to ensure close loop circulation.
