Sample Injection System
ASXPRESS Plus
-
A sample introduction system such as the ASXpress® Plus from Teledyne LABS reduces the time required for autosampler movement, sample uptake, stabilization, and rinse operations, thereby reducing sample run times significantly. The result: more sample throughput in less time. The accessory’s design allows multiple functions to occur simultaneously. A highspeed vacuum pump loads the sample and flushes the sample uptake path substantially faster than a conventional peristaltic pump. When coupled to a compatible autosampler, the ASXPRESS Plus Rapid Sample Introduction Accessory minimizes times for sample delivery, stabilization, and washout with ICP-AES or ICP-MS. The result is increased sample throughput by up to 5 times or more. In addition, the ASXPRESS PLUS reduces costs from argon, power, ICP-AES / ICP-MS components, and system maintenance.

On-line ICP / ICP-MS Sample Preparation System
SDX ʜᴘʟᴅ
-
The SDXHPLD system combines the proven ASX‑560 autosampler with a novel vortex mixing dilution accessory. The system dilutes in the same way you do by hand: volume-to-volume dilution, using a highly accurate syringe pump. But it also goes an additional step to vortex mix the resulting dilution prior to sample introduction to ICP and ICP-MS.The SDX employs vortex mixing to promote homogenization of a sample to ensure accurate and precise analysis following dilution. The variety of sample matrices submitted for trace element analysis necessitates the need for mixing. This long overdue capability improves data quality by fully homogenizing a dilution mixture rather than performing in-line combination. The SDXHPLD is a straight-forward, fully-integrated solution for automated dilution of aqueous and acid base sample prep for ICP or ICP-MS.

Preparative High Performance Liquid Chromatography System
ACCQPrep HP150
-
Compared to Flash chromatography, High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) operates under a higher pressure and uses columns of a smaller particle size for higher efficiency and increased resolution for purer results.HPLC is divided into analytical and preparative forms. Prep HPLC uses larger particles, meaning less surface area for the stationary phase, a higher flow rate and, generally, less pressure than analytical HPLC. Flash and prep HPLC are both used to purify large sample quantities; in analytical HPLC, the goal is to achieve the highest resolution possible to observe each unique compound in the sample. Explore the ACCQPrep® HP150 from Teledyne LABS to discover why ISCO is known worldwide for Prep HPLC.
