Dual-Pump Continuous Flow Systems
-
Teledyne LABS SyriXus continuous-flow systems couple two pump modules to a single controller, and use an active or passive valve manifold to provide non-stop, continuous feed of almost any fluid. The controller refills one pump while the other is delivering, using special algorithms to equalize pressure and flow of both pumps. This allows virtually pulseless transition at pump switchover while maintaining accurate flow rate. Two different valve packages are available to accommodate all types of fluids and specific requirements of your experiment or process.

Hazardous Location Syringe Pump
1000HLf
-
The Teledyne ISCO HLf-Series pumps give you the same accurate, predictable flow and pressure control as our standard D-Series, while conforming to safety standards for use in UL Class I, Division 2, Groups A B C & D, T4 environments. The hazardous location rating is achieved through internal design modifications including the use of brushless DC motors. This approach eliminates the need for purge boxes or other additional safety devices. Wetted materials are compatible with most aqueous and organic liquids, corrosive solutions, heated fluids, liquefied gases, viscous fluids, or slurries and pastes. If needed, optional materials such as Hastelloy C-276 are available on request. The HLf controller has a keypad and LCD, as well as built-in and optional interfaces for computer control and other devices. Programming is easy and flexible, with instant access to menu screens even when the pump is running. This allows you to change operating parameters on the fly.

Diffusion Cell Testing
-
Teledyne LABS Phoenix™ Dry‐Heat Systems make diffusion‐cell testing faster, easier, and more economical. The Phoenix Systemincludes an advanced diffusion cell design. Options include the compact Phoenix DB-6 six‐cell manual sampling system and the Phoenix RDS automated sampling system capable of handling up to 24 diffusion cells at once.An important advantage of the Phoenix System is the speed with which receptor cell contents are homogenized. Visual testing with red dye placed on the surface of the media at the top of the sampling arm shows complete dispersion occurs within a few seconds.Explore the pages in this section to learn more and to configure your own system.

Chromatography Columns - Alumina
RediSep Alumina
-
Single use alumina columns run under normal phase conditions and offer different selectivity to silica. Neutral alumina columns are useful when samples are acid sensitive and prone to degradation on normal phase silica gel.Choose basic alumina to purify basic compounds without basic modifiers such as TEA or ammonium hydroxide. This avoids solvent swapping, washing the chromatography system, or contaminating subsequent runs.

Comparative Dissolution Tester
CD14 Comparative Dissolution Tester
-
The Teledyne LABS 14-vessel CD14 Comparative Dissolution Tester runs two methods simultaneously or independently—ideal for bioequivalence studies of generic vs. innovator drug formulations. The 14 stirring positions allow for 6+1 or 12+2 configurations for improved workload efficiency in R&D, formulations, QC, and stability-test labs. With digital temperature probes at 12 positions the CD14 comparative dissolution tester is able to test two different formulations with separate settings for every parameter under the same temperature conditions.

Preparative High Performance Liquid Chromatography System
ACCQPrep HP150
-
Compared to Flash chromatography, High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) operates under a higher pressure and uses columns of a smaller particle size for higher efficiency and increased resolution for purer results.HPLC is divided into analytical and preparative forms. Prep HPLC uses larger particles, meaning less surface area for the stationary phase, a higher flow rate and, generally, less pressure than analytical HPLC. Flash and prep HPLC are both used to purify large sample quantities; in analytical HPLC, the goal is to achieve the highest resolution possible to observe each unique compound in the sample. Explore the ACCQPrep® HP150 from Teledyne LABS to discover why ISCO is known worldwide for Prep HPLC.
