  • Single Channel Signal Buffer Module

    Alliance Support Partners, Inc.

Signal quality problems caused by mismatched impedance can result in intermittent measurements and faulty diagnostics. This is most often observed when transporting a test program from one system to another, such as re-hosting it from an older generation system to a new one. The primary root cause of the impedance mismatch is the signal path from the UUT to the measurement instrument. The switching system technology often is responsible for much of the distortion. The Signal Buffer Module (SBM) is designed to receive a signal from the UUT with high impedance output and accurately reproduced it at the output for delivery to the measurement instrument. The SBM output matches the 50 ohm input impedance of most measurement instruments and result in significantly reduced signal distortion.

Innovative Control Systems, Inc. is pleased to announce the release of our new ARINC 664 ProView logging analyzer software which allows you to perform live display, recording, playback, and Export (to CSV file) of Rockwell Collins specific ARINC 664 data on a suitable Microsoft® Windows® operating system based laptop or PC. No additional capture hardware is required for this analyzer, just an available Ethernet port on the computer and you are able to analyze your data. The software can also be used to create configuration files for our FTSIU flight test data acquisition interfaces as well as playback flight test data sets recorded by that equipment.

  • 2-port Battery Portable Passive Intermodulation Analyzer - iXA Series

    iXA - Kaelus

The Kaelus iXA Series Passive Intermodulation (PIM) analyzer is a dual-port, battery powered PIM Test Analyzer. It supports multiple test scenarios such as testing at the top of the tower, the base of the tower, rooftop, in-building for DAS systems and external PIM Finding. No other PIM tester has ever been integrated to this level! The iXA includes a network of electronic switches to change from one-port to two-port measurement seamlessly. In addition, with integrated Range-to-Fault (RTF) on each port, the user can first troubleshoot the system for internal PIM. Then, without reconnection, the user can progress with the external PIM process, making the entire process much more efficient. With integrated RTF on each port, the user can collect four times more range-to-fault data than the standard 1-port PIM Finder solution. Thus, the user can easily locate and swiftly eliminate the strongest PIM source.

  • Impulse Voltage And Current Testing

    Shanghai Jiuzhi Electric Co., Ltd.

Our advanced CDY series Impulse test systems are used for impulse voltage testing of transformers, cables, gas-insulated switchgears (GIS), arresters, and other high-voltage devices. The test systems generate lightning impulse voltage (LI, 1.2/50 µs), chopping lightning impulse voltages (LIC, front time 1.2 µs, front, crest or tail chopped), and switching impulse voltage (SI, 250/2500 µs) in accordance with IEC 60060-1; as well as IEC 60076-3 for transformers, and IEC 62067, 60840 and 60502-1 for cables). By adding extra components, our impulse test system also can generate steeping wave (SWI, >2500kV/ µs) and impulse current (IC, 4/10 µs, 8/20µs, 10/350µs).

  • Engine Test Adapters

    Atec, Inc.

Atec has built test adapters for a wide variety of engines from high bypass fan engines to small APU engines. Testing a new engine type in your existing jet engine test cell can be challenging, and upgrade modifications will be needed. Atec does not view an adapter as just a mechanical weldment that simply mates the engine to the aeroengine thrust stand. Our engineers realize that additional items will be needed in the facility to insure total project success. During the planning phase, Atec engineers can visit your existing facility and/or review videos to make a comprehensive assessment of the integration needed to add a new engine type to your testing facility. Atec can perform airflow, acoustics, FEA and sub systems analyses to ensure that any new engine added to your jet engine test cell will have the proper capacity to perform properly. Vital Link’s current experience with advanced fighter engines test adapter kits further bolsters our expertise in high thrust engine test handling.

  • External Load Module

    ELM - Eclypse International

Circuit breakers are often overlooked during maintenance of electrical systems in aircraft, or often only verified for open and closed states.  To test the true functional purpose of a circuit breaker it requires the application of current in excess of the rated trip value and then measure the time for the breaker to actually trip.  This is the only way to verify that a circuit breaker will react as designed if an electrical failure occurs.
