Wireless Functional Test Fixtures
Circuit Check’s wireless fixture technologies reduce debug time, simplify ECO’s and reduce maintenance. This allows for the highest test performance, ability to probe denser smaller targets and achieve ultra-high node counts. Higher density more complex circuit boards complicate testing requirements. Wireless fixtures solve the challenges associated with the nest of wires found in long wire fixtures. Wireless fixtures replace the “nest” of wires with copper traces on a multilayered printed circuit board called a Translator Board (T-Board).

The YAV90PNE is a complete “plug & play” pneumatics subsystem controlled by CAN, for ATEs with Virginia Panel receiver. Thanks to this module, pneumatics actuators that are commonly used in the fixture side of an ATE, can be controlled. 10 3-way micro-valves are able to contorl 10 simple effect actuators or else 5 double effect ones. The module includes input for the position sensors. A pressure sensor is also included, so that the system air mains working pressure can be set between a minimum and a maximum.

Rotary table handlers are an excellent choice for PCBA or product – level test, programming, part marking, automatic part rejecting, and vision inspection in order to satisfy manufacturing applications that require high throughput. Rotary table based systems used in production can also help reduce the impact of load and unload times for the operator, because the device-under-test (DUT) automatically moves to the next cell within the station as each DUT is loaded.
