Thorlabs’ Vytran® Connect-Chek® Interferometer automatically and precisely measures radius of curvature, apex offset of polish, and fiber undercut or protrusion on any PC or APC, single-fiber connector. The CC6000 interferometer uses a non-contact tilted-phase-analysis technique for fast, reliable measurements of connector end faces. This compact interferometer has a carrying handle and must be attached to a desktop or laptop computer (not included) with a standard USB 2.0 port for operation. The included CC6000 software, which is used to control the interferometer, can be installed on a computer with the minimum requirements in the table below. Designed for use in both the factory and the field, this interferometer provides crucial quality information needed to assure long-term performance of fiber optic connectors. One CC250P Mount for Ø2.50 mm PC Connectors and one RT250P Reference Tool for calibrating the CC250P mount are included with the CC6000 interferometer; mounts and reference tools that enable measurement of other PC or APC, single-fiber connectors are available separately below. When used with an appropriate mount for APC connectors, the CC6000 interferometer is also capable of measuring the APC angle and key error.

The BitBox is BitFlow''s new solution for high density I/O applications. Many machine makers require a large number of computer managed I/O signals for continuous control of the system state. This means controlling devices such strobes, solenoids, actuators, indicators etc. as well as gathering inputs from photo-detectors, switches, encoders and triggers. In general, BitFlow frame grabbers come with a fairly large number of inputs and outputs, but for some system this is simply not enough. Most customers end up purchasing another device to manage the I/O, which adds expense, requires another slot, another driver and SDK, another manual, etc. The BitBox has been designed for just this situation. It is controlled completely from the frame grabber, uses the same API, driver and manuals as the frame grabber. This saves time, money, space, and learning curve.

This BAEE NAV test fixture also facilitates resolver alignment and discrete meter testing through the PG 3300 interface connector. The RM 3300 portion of the panel tests the Becker RMI indicators and allows for sourcing the composite signal from the paired radio or from an external generator. The DME channeling outputs are monitored with discrete LED's as well as the ILS, V/LOC, Glideslope and NAV TEST valids. Discrete test jacks are provided for all the meters and the resolver of the NAV indicator and a dimming source is also provided.
