It integrates On-Line Partial Discharge (OLPD) testing and Infrared testing for MV and HV equipment, which combines UHF, AE, Ultrasonic, HFCT, TEV, and Infrared testing technologies. It is applicable for online PD testing, as well as abnormal heating and defect detection on all types of substation equipment. PD amplitude, PRPD, PRPS, and infrared spectrums provide critical data for determining the operational condition of electric power equipment. It connects to the PMDTCloud via Wi-Fi/3G/4G to upload test data, download test tasks, and receive diagnostic results in real time. Another uniquely advanced feature of the PDStar is that it integrates with a 100 MSPS (Mega-Samples per Second) HFCT signal processor, which greatly improves the performance for power cable OLPD testing.

Ultrasonic leak detector utilizes ultrasonic sensor to check the air-tightness of pipeline. The operation is easy and accurate. The instrument can identify the gas leakage of various pressure or vacuum system. The transmitter will generate 40kHz ultrasonic signal, and it is used in conjunction with the detector to detect the leaking location of the object. For example, the detector will detect signal leaking from the hole of the pipeline and as user moves the detector, the hole can be located correctly. Radar solution for molten metal filling level measurement
With the OndoSense radar sensors, the fill level of liquid steel or aluminum can be measured contact-free with sub-millimeter accuracy, even at metal temperatures of up to 1600 degrees Celsius. Dust, steam, smoke, vibrations and strong heat radiation have no influence on the high precision and reliability of the radar-based molten metal level monitoring. Active cooling of the level radar is usually not necessary.
