To meet the ever increasing data transfer rate in high end applications, such as professional broadcasting transmission or advanced high resolution display, the SD 4.1 specification calls out the maximum performance of 1.56 Gbps at UHS-II full duplex mode per lane or half duplex UHS-II at 3.16 Gbps. In real applications, due to the system overhead and different SD 4.1 device controller designs, the actual measured performance can vary dramatically from system to system. With the newly introduced ADMA 3, the OS driver is now able to issue multiple read or multiple write commands at once, without having to wait for the SD controller to complete one command at a time. Once the SD host controller has collected multiple commands, it will then manage and complete them without intervention from the host software drive. Thus, the UHS-II 1.56 Gbps interface can be more effectively utilized and maximize the system throughput. This feature can be very useful when running multithreaded applications where multiple applications are constantly updating their status or swapping their contents by writing or reading small chunk of data to or from the memory card.

The PI-41401 is a four channel Clock Driver card capable of operating up to 140 MHz at 3V and 100 MHz at 5V amplitudes into a 50 Ohm load. The PI-41401 has a clock rate of 90 MHz at an amplitude of 5 volts into a 1-MOhm load. Into a high impedance load the output voltage range is from –5 volts to +8 volts with the pulse amplitude ranging from 0V to 9V. When driving a 50 load the voltage range is –2.5 volts to 4.0 volts with the pulse amplitude ranging from effectively 0V to 4.5V. Each channel has a common edgespeed control to vary the rising and falling edges of the output waveform. The adjustable slew rate range, for any amplitude, is the minimum edgespeed of that amplitude times 5. The output pulse amplitude and the load being driven determine the range of variability.

Although very portable and lightweight, RMO-G micro-ohmmeters have very high output power capabilities. High output voltage enables a wider measurement range at higher test currents. Consequently, it enables the usage of thinner/longer test cables. RMO-G generates a true DC ripple-free (less than 1 % ripple) current with automatically regulated test ramps. During the testing, it increases current before measuring and decreases current after the measurement. This significantly decreases magnetic transients and ensures great accuracy.Special current clamps measure a current through groundings when the instrument tests in Both Sides Grounded conditions. The instrument itself powers these clamps. If even higher safety level is required, the Remote Control feature enables the operator to perform measurements from distant locations.RMO-G instruments can store up to 500 measurements in internal memory. Also, they have a built-in thermal printer and USB flash drive available as an option.
