    The Keysight 83018A microwave system amplifier is a compact, off-the-shelf amplifier designed for systems designers and integrators. This amplifier provides power where you need it to recover system losses and to boost available power in RF and microwave ATE systems. The ultrabroad bandwidth from 2 to 26.5 GHz allows the designer to replace several narrow bandwidth amplifiers with a single Keysight amplifier, eliminating the need for crossover networks or multiple bias supplies. The standard Keysight 83018A includes internal directional detectors for external leveling applications. With excellent noise figure relative to its broad bandwidth and high gain, this amplifier significantly improves system noise figure and dynamic range. The Keysight 83018A comes equipped with a low profile heat sink, an integral mounting bracket, and a two-meter dc power supply cable. Thermal characteristics and power supply design allow fast, easy integration into most measurement systems.

    The XF1 set of near field probes consists of 4 passive near field probes and one passive E field probe for making measurements in the development phase of the magnetic and electric fields in ranges from 30 MHz to 6 GHz. Due to their integrated impendance matching, the probes are less sensitive in the lower frequency range than the RF type probes. The probe heads of the XF1 set allow for the step by step identification of interference sources of the magnetic field on an electronic assembly. At first, for example the XF-R 400-1 detects the fields which the assembly emits in total. Next, using higher resolution probes the interference sources can be more precisely detected. The E field probe is used for the detection of electric interfering fields near the assemblies. With trained use of the near field probes, field orientation and field distribution can be detected. The near field probes are small and handy. They have a sheath current attenuation and are electrically shielded. They can be connected to a spectrum analyzer or an oscilloscope with a 50 Ω input. They have an internal terminating resistance.

    The AWMF-0108 is a highly integrated silicon quad core IC intended for 5G phased array applications. The device supports four Tx/Rx radiating elements, includes 5 bit phase and 5 bit gain control for analog RF beam steering, and operates in half duplex fashion to enable a single antenna to support both Tx and Rx operation. The device provides 26 dB gain and +9 dBm output power during transmit mode and 28 dB coherent gain, 5.0 dB NF, and -28 dBm IIP3 during receive mode. Additional features include gain compensation over temperature, temperature reporting, Tx power telemetry, and fast beam switching using eight on-chip beam weight storage registers. The device features ESD protection on all pins, operates from a +1.8 V supply, and is packaged in a 48 lead 6x6 mm QFN for easy installation in planar phased array antennas.

Standard Ross high current switches are built with 80 to 120psi air cylinder actuators. Air cylinder or motor operated for high contact force.  Arcing contacts optional for closing current. G-10 epoxy glass laminate is standard insulation on most models. G-7 silicone glass is used on models available for RF applications above 100kHz.  Most Ross high current switches are available with additional lengths of insulation, where the high voltage contacts need to be spaced at a greater distance from the actuator and control circuit.  Voltage withstand value is at least doubled and the interrupt capability is much greater when high current switches are immersed in insulating oil, fluid or SF6 gas.  For gas atmosphere, no modifications are necessary; however, oil or fluid immersion requires modification at a slight extra cost.

    National RF’s Type HFDF high frequency location system is a proven noise hunting and location directional antenna system that allows you, in many cases, to walk right up to the source of High Frequency (HF) noise! Used by several power companies around the United States, professional noise hunters, and other communications specialists, the HFDF has located noise sources that emanated from pole power transformers, arcing electric fences, CATV in-line amplifiers, plasma TV screens, and even Marijuana grower’s heating lamps! The system incorporates several plug-in, tunable magnetic loop sensors of a proprietary National RF design, that cover the frequency range between 1.8 MHz and 55 MHz. The unit is packaged in a hand-held, lightweight metallic enclosure, with a pistol grip and a magnetic compass mounted on top. The compass is used to get magnetic bearings to the noise source, which may be plotted on a map to triangulate, and ultimately pin-point, the location of the noise source. In certain cases, our customers tell us that they have been able to walk right up to the interfering noise source and correct the situation on the spot!

    ​Command functions include alarm reset, alarm acknowledge, alarm test and radio silence. In normal operation the control panel provides real time display of gas concentrations or the status of other field devices; battery charge levels, network RF signal quality and any number of fault diagnostic conditions affecting either an individual field device or the entire network. These fault conditions are displayed on the control screen.Options include audio alarm, visual alarm, external alarm port, alarm reset switch and up to 4 external wired sensor inputs. Standard features include a power-in port and power switch.The control panel is rated for Class 1, Division 2; Groups A, B, C, D hazardous areas. Operator interface is non-intrusive via magnetic contact switches located behind the glass lens cover. This advanced design takes advantage of a low power LCD with back light and ultra low power components. Power is provided by an internal rechargeable battery and/or 11.5 to 30VDC. Operating time is 1-2 months before recharge is required. An optional solar charging panel can be used to extend operating time for virtually any application.
