Si8000m -
Polar Instruments Inc
TheSi8000m is an all new boundary element method field solver , which builds on the familiar easy to use user interface in earlier Polar impedance design systems. The Si8000m adds enhanced modeling to predict the finished impedance of multiple dielectric PCB builds and also takes into account the local variations in dielectric constant on close spaced differential structures.

12C -
Picoprobe
A high speed, high input impedance active probe for measuring the internal node voltage of integrated circuits. The input is 1 megohm shunted by 0.1 pf and the rise/fall times are 0.8 ns. This instrument has full dc capability and can be used with any oscilloscope. The Model 12C was specially designed so that when used in conjunction with a high input impedance oscilloscope, signal attenuation is 10:1 and with a 50 Ohm input, signal attenuation is 20:1.

Model 820 Infinitron® -
TREK, INC.
The 2 kV Trek Model 820 Infinitron Voltmeter may be used in either contacting or non-contacting mode to acquire precision surface voltage measurements. It is especially beneficial when used with applications that demand infinitely high loading impedance levels far beyond the reach of currently available high impedance voltmeter instruments. The Model 820 comes with a guarantee of virtually no modification of the object being measured. This allows the instrument to indicate, with high precision, the voltage level of both conductive and insulative objects and surfaces.

18C & 19C -
Picoprobe
High impedance probes, PICOPROBE® MODEL 18C and MODEL 19C, combine the most advanced MOS and bipolar technologies with special, low capacitance packaging techniques to achieve truly remarkable electronic measurement capabilities. While being manufactured each instrument is individually optimized for the best possible performance. The extremely low input capacitance, high input impedance, and almost negligible input leakage current permits the direct probing of even the most sensitive MOS dynamic nodes. At the same time, the full dc capability of this Picoprobe coupled with the high speed capability permits the full characterization of circuits.

HID -
GE Digital Energy
Use the HID module in conjunction with a high-speed overcurrent relay to provide three phase high impedance differential protection for substation busbars of any voltage level. Additionally, it can also be used to protect electrical machines like transformers, generators or motors against restricted ground faults.

Maury Microwave Corporation
Maury manual tuners are based on precision slide screw technology that utilizes broadband slab line transmission structure and passive probes to create impedances for devices. The probes are designed to be very close to onequarter wavelength in the linear dimension at the mid-band of each range. Since each tuner has two probes, this results in improved matching characteristics for each unit. Another key feature of this series of tuners is the inclusion of a LCD position readout of the carriage position on those units operating below 18 GHz. Higher frequency tuners utilize a micrometer carriage drive. The positional repeatability and high matching range of these tuners make them ideally suited for use as a variable impedance source in applications like device characterization. Such measurements depend upon the ability of the tuner to establish impedances out near the edge of the Smith chart and to reproduce the electrical characteristics as a function of mechanical position. The tuners in this series are also easy to use due to the nearly independent electrical results of the mechanical motions. The depth of penetration of the probe into the transmission line determines the magnitude of the reflection, while the position of the probe along the line determines the phase. While there is some interaction, the effects are almost independent of each other. https://www.maurymw.com/images/mw-rf/mst982e35.jpg

VS-LEIS -
Ametek Scientific Instruments
The VersaSTAT 3F applies an AC voltage to the sample emerged in electrolyte. This "global" voltage generates AC current to flow at the electrode / electrolyte interface. A dual-element probe is positioned in solution close to the surface of the sample. The electrometer measures a differential voltage measure between the two measurement elements as a measure of local voltage-drop in solution. This voltage-drop exists in solution because of current flow from local reactions at the sample, the resistance of the electrolyte and the spatial separation of the dual measurement elements.
