Digitizer
The Keysight M9203A is a low noise, 12-bit PXIe high-speed digitizer/ wideband digital receiver with programmable on-board processing. With a wide analog bandwidth, this high-speed digitizer is ideal for applications requiring wideband signal capture and very high dynamic range. The M9203A is a dual-slot 3U PXIe 12-bit wideband digital receiver running at 3.2 GS/s, up to 2 GHz instantaneous analog bandwidth and providing a large 4 GB DDR3 acquisition memory. The M9203A features a large XilinxFPGA that can implement different functionalities depending on the selected firmware option. Dedicated functions can also be implemented on board, allowing support of various applications. Furthermore, Keysight is supporting the deployment of custom processing algorithm on this digitizer with the U5340A FPGA development kit. Integrating algorithms minimizes the need for additional circuitry and exploit the full density and speed of the digitizer.

The Automatic Wire Test Set (AWTS) is automated test equipment that aids wiring diagnostics of electrical and electronic devices. The Test Control Unit (TCU) uses resistance measurements, capacitance measurements, and AC/DC voltage measurements to perform continuity, insulation, and isolation tests. The AWTS Laptop CPU, hereafter referred to as CPU, controls the AWTS. The Eclypse Language Integrated Test Environment (ELITE) is application software that controls the TCU. The majority of the hardware for a test is contained in the TCU. The 128pin connector on the TCU front panel provides 128 energizable test points. Switch Modules (SM) can be connected in sequence or daisy chained to the TCU and provide an additional 1024 test points; 128 of those are energizable.

The PXIe-1487 combines the Maxim Integrated Gigabit Multimedia Serial Link™ (GMSL™) interface with the Xilinx FPGA for high-throughput vision and imaging applications. This module provides a high-speed digital interface for using and testing modern advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous drive (AD) camera sensors and electronic control units (ECUs). Additionally, the PXIe-1487 makes use of a combination of GMSL™ serializers and deserializers with a Xilinx FPGA to provide a high-throughput and customizable GMSL™ interface on PXI. The included FlexRIO driver, with LabVIEW FPGA examples, provides access and control for power-over-coax, I²C back-channel communication, and general-purpose input/output (GPIO) communication on the GMSL™ channels. Based upon the EmStat range, there are two types of multiplexers to suit most types of sensor array work. The MUX8 is the most flexible offering the ability to connect arrays made of up to eight working electrodes in two or three electrode cell types and chips sharing a reference electrode and/or counter electrode. The MUX16 is suitable for sensor arrays or chips with sixteen working electrodes all sharing a RE and/or a CE. Both instruments are suitable for laminated layer corrosion analysis.The potentiostat is controlled and powered by USB and is used with PSTrace allowing for simultaneous sampling of each channel at a rate of 25 ms/channel. Standard packaging includes a shielded cable with connections for a working, a counter and a reference electrode by means of 2 mm banana connectors and mini-crocodile clips, a stripped end, Dsub-37 terminated flat cable and a USB cable. To make connections to chips simpler the Connection Terminal is an optional extra providing clearly marked screw terminals to the electrodes and can be directly joined to the ESMUX via their D-Sub connectors.
