Our lines of high frequency VNA test cables display excellent electrical properties such as wonderful phase stability of +/- 6° at 50 GHz and +/- 8° at 67 GHz as well as VSWR of 1.3:1 at 50 GHz and 1.4:1 at 67 GHz. The 50 GHz assemblies are terminated with 2.4mm connectors while the 67 GHz versions utilize 1.85mm connectors. The braided stainless steel armoring surrounding the coax provides a rugged, but flexible cable with a flex life exceeding 100,000 cycles, making these test cables ideal for use in semiconductor probe testing, precise bench top testing as well as lab/production testing where the need for a highly flexible, yet durable cable solution is required. The RF2 near field probe set consists of 4 passive near field probes for measurements in the development phase of the magnetic field in the range from 30 MHz to 3 GHz on electronic assemblies. The probe heads of the RF2 set allow the step by step localization of interference sources of the RF magnetic field on assemblies. From greater distances the electromagnetic interference can be detected by RF-R 400-1 and RF-R 50-1 probes. The RF-B 3-2 and RF-U 5-2 probes with their higher resolution can more precisely detect the interference sources. Field orientation and field distribution on an electronic assembly can be detected through a trained special use of the near field probe. The near field probes are small and handy. They have a sheath current attenuation and are electrically shielded. They can be connected to a spectrum analyzer or an oscilloscope with a 50 Ω input. They do not have an internal terminating resistance.

Designed to be used with the Model HVST High Voltage Surge tester. The Surge Current Monitor allows simultaneously surge testing 20 units. The Surge Current Monitor monitors the current going through each unit under test at the time of the surge. If a unit under test breaks down or leaks, the Surge Current Monitor will identify the bad unit by lighting the corresponding LED. The most important features of the surge tester are its ability to test the entire winding insulation system. A high voltage surge generates turn to turn, coil to coil, and phase to phase voltage stress, as well as ground insulation stress. When used as a dielectric test, accurate voltage readings are essential. The HV Surge Tester monitors the voltage directly across the winding under test. In production testing we expect that most of the time the devices will pass. In the event that one should fail, the failed device would be removed and then all the parts would have ot undergo another surge test. Since most devices pass most of the time, simultaneous surge testing can be a real time saver.
