AudioConnect 4×4 is a high accuracy 4-in, 4-out audio interface specifically audio test and measurement. It offers digital and analog audio in and out at any user-specified sampling rate up to 200kHz, and a high signal to noise ratio and wide frequency response, making it suitable for the most demanding measurement applications. Controls are simple – a single USB connection and a power indicator – all other typical soundcard controls that are not used for audio test applications have been eliminated to make operation and calibration simple with no room for error. AudioConnect 4×4 is supplied fully calibrated.

The Verifier Computer Interface Report (VCIR) is a Windows software package that allows for transferring inspection report from your Inspector series bar code verifier to a computer. Once transferred you can review the ISO/ANSI inspection results or view the scan reflectance profile for detailed troubleshooting. The inspection results can be saved by job for later retrieval or to append new inspection results to the existing job. As each job is saved an Excel spreadsheet (CSV file) is generated. You can customize which parameters should be saved in the spreadsheet. The spreadsheet provides a simple report that will have a line for each bar code inspected.

The PXI general purpose switch modules deliver fast, reliable switching in a variety of configurations. Cycle power to products under test, control indicator and status lights or actuate external power relays and solenoids with independent, single-pole, double-throw (Form C) or single-pole, single-throw (Form A) switches in a single PXI module. Choose between the high-speed, long-life reed relays capable of switching up to 100Vrms with up to 1A and 25W of power, or the higher power armature relays capable of switching up to 250Vrms, with up to 2A and 60W of power. The general purpose line also includes a module that offers the performance you need to switch heavy loads with up to 300W (DC resistive load)/1250W (AC resistive load).
