The Keysight 10736A Three Axis Interferometer is used in multiple axis applications where linear and angular control of the stage is required. It combines in a single package the functionality of an optical bench with multiple beam benders, beam splitters, and three interferometers. The interferometers split an incoming laser beam into three beams to measure linear distance, pitch and yaw, or linear distance, roll and yaw. Three linear measurements provide the basis for calculating two angular measurements. The inherent beam parallelism ensures that there is essentially no cosine error between the three measurements and also ensures angle accuracy for pitch and yaw measurements. Data Patterns' core business for over 20 years has been the development of Automated Test Equipment for critical aerospace requirements. Data Patterns developed a Multi Programmer with associated test automation software in 1994. Christened the DP-800 this product was adopted for the implementation of test rigs for Navigation Platform Test Benches, Engine Test Bed Automation, Cable Harness Test Systems, etc. This product was effectively utilized in the development of test benches required by Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) for the Polar Satellite Launch Vechicle (PSLV) and Geo Stationary Launch Vehicle (GSLV). The PCI102 allows testing of AMC.1, AMC.2 and AMC.3 modules in a PC environment during development and manufacturing; reducing the costs associated with maintaining different platforms. The PCI101 is a PCI-X edge style carrier with PCIe x4 lanes going to the AMC module. The AMC.1 module connects to the host PC’s PCI-X bus via a PCI-X to PCI ebridge. The AMC.2 module’s GbE ports are routed to RJ-45s. The AMC.3 differential pairs are routed to two SATA connectors. ThePCI102 is available with an optional VT001 IPMI controller which can test the AMC IPMI management functionality. The dual I2C bus connectors allow for connecting any I2C bus to any other I2C bus as well as being able to debug and monitor the I2C bus traffic.
