Large test room with a hood made of sturdy, highly insulating and transparent plastic, which guarantees a clear view of the test item and the signal lamp during the test. The system is operated on the test device. Alternatively, test sequences stored on an integrated computer can be started automatically by closing the hood. No matter if your test system is not operating any more, if the forklift damaged it or you pressed a wrong button during the software-update - we are at your disposal to help. Usually the self test of the system helps further or if you agree we can help on a remote basis.If this does not help we deliver as soon as possible spare parts or send a repairperson. Our suppliers all offer support, delivery or even subsidiaries wordwide. This enables our technician to bring the spare part either with him or to send the exchange device directly to your place.

LXinstruments Power Distribution Units (PDU) provide all of the functionality required to power a test system in a compact 19-inch rack. This means that devices can be supplied with both mains voltage and DC voltage. With the soft-on-off function, the PDU can be controlled remotely via remote buttons and other potential-free contacts. We carry single-phase devices for the 16 A connection to three-phase devices for the 3x63 A or for the 125 A connection.

LXinstruments Magpie is a user-friendly evaluation and data mining application for our test database. The data to be evaluated can be preselected via complex, easily configurable filters. Based on the selected data, it is then possible to create reports and perform statistical evaluations as well as machine capability analyses. The graphical GUI supports easy administration of the database by authorized users.The LXinstruments Magpie evaluation licenses are always linked to the data source, which would generally mean a test system. The test data generated by the test system will be marked as available for evaluation while it is stored in the database.

Power electronics assemblies often cannot be tested using conventional technology for their electrical performance. Due to the adaptability of the instrumentation, the OTP concept offers an ideal platform even beyond the space requirements of several control cabinets. In order to achieve high test flexibility with different assemblies, the system was equipped with three-phase AC sources and AC loads as well as a precise three-phase power meter. DC sources and loads with different current and voltage ranges cover the test of frequent DUT operating parameters. Time-dependent voltage or current signals can be stimulated by an arbitrary generator with power amplifier. General measurements such as current, voltage, frequency, resistance can be carried out flexibly at various test points using the matrix concept. An oscilloscope with RF multiplexer is available for high-frequency measurements such as residual ripple, switching processes, etc.
