MTS180/300 -
WIT Co., Ltd
Analog in-circuit inspection and function inspection are realized on this inspection equipment. IC pin float function is standard equipment. The MTS180 is a press type jig, and the MTS300 is a vacuum type jig. In the board mounting process at the production site, electrical inspection is performed on the mounted board after component mounting, and non-defective or defective products are automatically judged. The main inspection contents are short / open inspection, analog inspection of resistors, capacitors, coils, diodes, etc., lead floating voltage measurement of QFP and BGA, Digital IC inspection, frequency measurement.

IK07-10 -
Lisun Electronics Inc.
IK ratings are defined as IKXX, where “XX” is a number from 00 to 10 indicating the degrees of protection provided by enclosures (including luminaires) against external mechanical impacts. The different IK ratings relate to the ability of an enclosure to resist impact energy levels measured in joules (J). IEC 62262 specifies how the enclosure must be mounted for testing, the atmospheric conditions required, the quantity and distribution of the test impacts and the impact hammer to be used for each level of IK rating. The IK test applicate on lighting luminaires test according to IEC60598 (GB7000) and IEC60068-2-75 (GB2423.55).

CB50 -
CAMI Research Inc. (CableEye®)
Populated with precision resistors, it allows users to determine empirically whether the tester requires calibration. The CB50 may be used on all CableEye models. The CB50 is intended for periodic verification of tester calibration. To ensure that resistance measurements remain accurate, CAMI recommends yearly calibration. However, depending on environmental conditions and usage, testers may need calibrating more or less frequently. Certain components within models M3U, M3UH, HVX, and HVX-21 (i.e. those capable of measuring resistance) are analog components whose characteristics change slightly over time. This aging is a natural phenomenon common to all electronic components and may cause resistance measurements or gradually deviate from normal. A tester that is out of calibration will give inaccurate results. Some (maybe all) resistance measurements will be incorrect. Consequently, it may Pass what should Fail and, conversely, Fail what should Pass. In other words product yield will be contaminated due to unreliable quality.
