  • RF Test Enclosure Ideal For High-volume Repeatable Testing, ≥90 DB Isolation, 300 MHz - 18 GHz

    dbGUARD - DVTest Inc.

The dbGUARD provides up to 90 dB isolation from 300 MHz to 18 GHz. The IASG (Inverted Asymmetric Squarewave Gasket) design eliminates any leakage along the perimeter of the RF enclosure. This makes the dbGUARD conducive to testing all wireless technologies including 5G/LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, ZigBee, WiMAX, etc. The interior cavity is finished with a next-generation RF absorptive coating similar to what is found in stealth technology. This allows for positioning the DUT in the shielded box without affecting attenuation caused by reflections.

  • Time Domain Reflectometer

IRG 2000 - BAUR Prüf- und Messtechnik GmbH

Cable fault location with the BAUR IRG 2000. The IRG 2000 impulse reflection measurement unit or time domain reflectometer is a handy, easy to carry device for single-phase cable fault pre-location. It is used in combination with a surge voltage generator on low-, medium- and high-voltage cables 0 - 65 km in length. It can also be used on live cables carrying voltage up to 400 V.* Easy and quick cable fault location* Light, compact and manageable* Main unit for the tried-and-tested pre-location method* Ideal for integration in measurement systems

  • Variable Fiber Optic Attenuator

    Huihong Fiber Inc

Variable fiber optic attenuator could help simulate distance or actual attenuation in the fiber optic testing work by inserting a calibrated attenuation into the link. By using the variable fiber optic attenuator, technicians could verify the power margin received by testing the fiber optic link power budget. Variable fiber attenuator can help user vary the light power injected from a light source into the optical fiber. Important parameter of variable fiber attenuator include its insertion loss, reflection loss and attenuation range.

  • BNC To BNC Cable, 50 Ohm, 0.9 M

    781887-01 - NI

Connects measurement and signal generation devices. Model options include industry-standard coaxial connector types including BNC, SMA, SMB, and MCX. Long cables can act as antennae picking up extra noise that can affect measurements, so ensure you select only the length required for your test system. Also look at the impedance of your test system and consider buying a cable with the same impedance. Matched impedance can maximize the power transfer or minimize signal reflection from the load of your system.

  • Launch Fiber Box

    Diamond SA

OTDR measuring devices are used in various ways in fibre optic technology. They enable extensive characterisation of existing fibre optic cabling networks. The use of launch and receive fibres is advantageous when it comes to ensuring precise results evaluations. With bidirectional backscatter measurements with launch and receive fibres, the attenuation values of the first and last plug-in connection can be determined precisely by averaging and device dead zones can be avoided. Measuring device manufacturers recommend different lengths of launch and receives fibres to avoid “phantom reflections”. These launch and receive fibres are also subject to measuring equipment monitoring and should regularly undergo revision in accordance with the OTDR measuring devices. A good measurement result depends on the state and quality of the measuring equipment used. Diamond offers various types of launch and receive fibres, one with standard telecommunications connectors and the other with an outdoor connector for harsh environments.

  • Tapered Anechoic Chamber

    Cuming-Lehman Chambers

It’s nearly impossible to perform VHF/UHF measurements in a rectangular chamber. In the 1960’s Emerson determined that tapering one end of an Anechoic Chamber would cause the chamber to act like an indoor ground reflection range.Tapered Chambers work very well at the lower frequencies. Their design forms a uniform illumination across the test region. The tapered end of the chamber forces the wall images close together forming a source antenna array. Tapered Chambers are usually a less expensive option compared to rectangular antenna measurement chambers or compact ranges.
