  • Functional Systems

    PTE-100 - SEICA SpA

The PTE-100 gives test personnel access to electrical signals for probing, voltage injection, isolation checks, voltage/current and time/frequency measurements, and it offers the ability to analyze hot and loaded circuits, verifying missing, corrupted or present valid signals. Furthermore, the PTE-100 offers the ability to make electrical verification activities more efficient, repeatable and safe, by introducing software controlled test sequences to reduce human errors and guide diagnostic resolution. Break Out Boxes are commonly made in-house and are often specific to a particular project. They are simply designed to multiplex connections between two units and use external instrumentation for signal injection or measurement. The end result is a multitude of tools, difficult to maintain, with limited transportability, providing costly and inefficient operations at the factory or in the field.

  • Large-Displacement Low-Frequence Vibration System

9363-LN-100 - King Design Industrial Co., Ltd.

This tester is designed to assess the damage made to product packaging and internal objects caused from transporting environment; to discover the packaging flaw and product’s early failure from a long-term cumulative vibration fatigue; avoid man-made transporting damage and improve product’s reliability and quality of delivered products. With the use of high-performance foot absorber, the resonance effect to floor caused by the bounce test may be waived; and can reduce the pile’s destruction to industrial plants. Two displays can make comparative display on both frequency and rpm at the same time; thus no need to switch in order to read these two values. The dual-control mode of time accumulator and counter can avoid human error resulting from the conversion. Easy to operate; no need for complicate training program.

  • Vibration Meters

    PCE Instruments

A vibration meter is used in manufacturing for machine condition monitoring, product testing and quality assurance. Many machine maintenance technicians use vibration meter devices in tandem with sound level meters to analyze frequency. A vibration meter also can be used in civil engineering to measure the vibration of structures such as buildings, roads and bridges. In addition, specialized vibration meter devices can be used to measure the vibration of the human body. Any vibration meter will measure one or more of the following parameters: vibration acceleration, vibration velocity (speed) and / or vibration displacement.A vibration meter is typically a portable device with a memory for storing measurements. Most vibration meter models feature a built-in data logger for collecting and recording vibration measurement data over time. In this way, vibration measurement data can be acquired with great precision.

All this automation testing happens with minimal human intervention.- Test automation is faster, more precise and allows quicker releases- All testing processes (functional, performance, etc) can be automated- Test automation efficiency lies in choice of reusable and scalable testing tools & frameworks- Automation of testing processes is the foundation and minimum requirement of CD/CI and DevOps

  • Automatic Calibration Module

    ACM4509 - Copper Mountain Technologies

ACM4509 is an automatic calibration module that can be used with all CMT Vector Network Analyzers operating in frequency range up to 9 GHz. It is a fully automatic USB-controlled and powered electronic calibration module. Minimizing the number of steps required by technicians reduces the risk of human error and expedites the calibration process. Automating the calibration routine also reduces wear and tear on the analyzer and RF cables. To perform full four-port calibration, each end of the ACM need only be connected to the analyzer once, as opposed to 18 connections with a traditional calibration. The ACM also contains a factory characterized 20dB in-line attenuator which acts as a simulated device under test (DUT). The confidence check feature loads the factory stored DUT into memory so proper calibration can be verified.
