Silicon Oscillators
Analog Devices silicon oscillators are frequency programmable via pin-strapping, or through the resistor connection or serial interface (SPI or I2C). These solid-state clocks are well-suited for general-purpose usage, such as PGAs, ASICS, microprocessors, or UARTS, and they operate from 1 kHz to 170 MHz. The KH23101 current caliper is a toroidal transformer used to measure EMI current. When measuring, the caliper does not directly touch the electrical conductor or the cable under test. The conductor passing through the caliper window is used as the single-turn primary wire of the transformer, and the secondary is designed to be multi-turn. Use with 50 Ω receiving system (such as EMI electromagnetic interference field strength meter or spectrum analyzer). In order to facilitate installation and rapid measurement of EMI current, it is designed as a caliper that can be opened.

A bidirectional attenuator, i.e. the attenuation and power capability specification is valid for both directions. There is a large variety of applications for this attenuator: The measuring range of a spectrum analyzer can be increased. Any kind of meter can be protected against overload; it can be used to control the linearity of a meter reading. It can minimize measurement uncertainty caused by mismatched impedances. Through different ways of coupling between luminaries and humans, a level of exposure of a person to electromagnetic fields can be derived. One part of the exposure is based on capacitive coupling between lighting equipment and person. Drum Core Inductors
Drum core inductors are so named as the conductor (round magnet wire) is wound directly onto the ferrite core which is shaped like a drum or spool. The wire is then connected to the core, a plastic base or metal lead frame to form the surface mount termination. Drum core inductors come in unshielded (high saturation current but potentially more EMI) and shielded constructions (lower saturation current but closed magnetic path for lower EMI). The shielded constructions use either a second ferrite core or a magnetic resin epoxy to create the magnetic shield.
