Process Sense is based on infrared absorption, the only technique applicable to all plasma cleaning processes (in-situ and remote). It gets mounted onto a bypass on the rough line, ensuring no effect on deposition hardware. The signal level reported by the Process Sense, which is proportional to SiF4 concentration, can be used to determine the completion of the chamber clean process.

Modern driver assistance systems must recognize increasingly complex traffic scenarios and convert them into appropriate vehicle reactions with the help of artificial intelligence (AI) and specific algorithms. Imaging radar sensors with a higher spatial resolution, so-called imaging radar sensors, are therefore required. These can better distinguish larger from smaller objects and, due to the larger antenna apertures, also require larger dimensions of the test environment or larger far-field distances. The 2291 level gauge operates based on the well-known TDR (Time Domain Reflectometry) principle. Micropulses are sent along a probe guide at the speed of light. As soon as the impulse reaches the surface of the medium, it is reflected back to the electronic module. Level distance is directly proportional to the flight time of the impulse.
