High Performance UV Nanoimprint Resist

UV Nanoimprint is a mechanical molding technique. A template made from quartz or a flexible elastomer with a 3D relief is brought into intimate contact with a UV-curable resist spin-coated on top of a substrate. Applying low imprint pressure at room temperature features are filled within seconds due to the low viscosity of the imprint resist. The resist is hardened via UV-light through the backside of the template. Finally substrate and template are separated. The replicated resist relief can further be transferred into the substrate via RIE-process or used as functional element.

This test is performed for evaluating the resistance of component parts and constituent materials to the deteriorative effects of the high-humidity and heat conditions typical of tropical environments. Most tropical degradation results directly or indirectly from absorption of moisture vapor, and from surface wetting. These phenomena produce many types of deterioration, including corrosion of metals; physical distortion and decomposition of organic materials; leaching out of constituent components of materials, and detrimental changes in electrical properties.

The Tap Changer Analyzer & Winding Ohmmeter of the RMO-TT series is designed for winding resistance measurement of inductive objects, and for a tap changer analysis. The RMO-TT series is based on the state of the art technology, using the most advanced switch mode technology available today. The RMO-TT instruments are accurate (0,1%), powerful (up to 100 A) and still portable. The Instruments generate a true DC ripple free current with automatically regulated measurement and discharging circuit. RMO-TT instruments can perform a simple, quick and reliable transformer on-load tap changer condition assessment. This series of instruments enable measurements of a winding resistance in every tap position, current ripple values (percentage of a current drop during a tap change) and transition times during the tap changes. Problems with a connection, contacts, and selector/diverter switch operation (tap change with interruption) can be detected with these measurements.

Winding Resistance Meter

TRM104 is a portable winding resistance meter, designed to work in live EHV switchyards. Winding resistance values of large transformers up to 500 MVA and rotating machines are directly displayed. The meter is protected against the back emf offered by large inductive winding. A back-lit 4 line LCD with a user-friendly menu sets up the instrument for the test. Winding resistances and safety messages are also shown on this display. It is possible to measure the resistance of two windings simultaneously.The meter contains a special power source for rapid stabilization of test results.
