The M2p.59xx series allows recording of up to eight single-ended channels or up to four differential channels both with sampling rates of up to 125 MS/s. These PCI Express cards offer outstanding A/D features both in resolution and speed. The cards can be switched between single-ended inputs with a programmable offset and true differential inputs. If used in differential mode each two inputs are connected together reducing the number of available channels by half. The 16 bit vertical resolution have four times the accuracy compared to 14 bit cards and sixteen times the accuracy if compared with a 12 bit card. All boards of the M2p.59xx series may use the whole installed on-board memory of up to 512 MSamples completely for the currently activated number of channels.

The M2p.65xx series offers different versions of arbitrary waveform generators for PCI Express with a maximum output rate of 125 MS/s. These boards allow to generate freely definable waveforms on several channels synchronously. With one of the synchronization options the setup of synchronous multi channel systems is possible as well as the combination of arbitrary waveform generator with digitizers of the M2p product family. The 512 MSample on-board memory can be used as arbitrary waveform storage or as a FIFO buffer continuously stream data via the PCIe interface. The RF1 near field probe set consists of 4 passive near field probes for making measurements in the development phase of E-field and magnetic field in the ranges of 30 MHz to 3 GHz on electronic assemblies. The probe heads of the RF1 set allow for measurements close to the electronic assemblies, e.g. on single IC pins, conducting paths, components and their connectors in order to localize interference sources. Field orientation and field distribution on an electronic assembly can be detected through a trained special use of the near field probe. The near field probes are small and handy. They have a sheath current attenuation and are electrically shielded. They can be connected to a spectrum analyzer or an oscilloscope with a 50 Ω input. They do not have an internal terminating resistance.
