We designed the technology for the highest resolution component video signals, but it can be used for any type of analog signals or high speed data transmission over either Category 5 UTP cable or differential printed circuit board (PCB) transmission lines. Manufactured with our second generation XFCB bipolar process, the drivers have large signal bandwidths of 700 MHz, fast slew rate, and output amplitude and phase matching balanced to –60 dB at 50 MHz.

ADLINK PCI-9113A is a 32-CH, 12-bit, 100 kS/s isolated analog input card. The PCI-9113A provides analog inputs with 3 programmable input ranges for both bipolar and unipolar inputs. The 32-CH single-ended analog inputs can be converted to 16-CH differential analog inputs, which improve the noise rejection in harsh industrial environments. The analog inputs are isolated from the PC's system ground. This feature not only protects the PC from being damaged from surges on the signal lines, but also eliminates ground loops and common-mode problems commonly seen in industrial measurement applications. The PCI-9113A provides custom circuit area for input signal conditioning. Either signal attenuation or filtering can be applied on per channel basis. With all the features, ADLINK PCI-9113A delivers cost-effective and reliable data acquisition capabilities for ATE, sensor monitoring, data logging, power transmission, and a broad variety of industrial measurement applications.

Transformer turns ratio testers from TRT series are DV Power instruments mainly designed for the measurement of power transformer turns ratio. Also, they measure transformer excitation current and phase shift. Special tests, such as automatic vector group detection and magnetic balance, can be performed on three-phase transformers and three-phase autotransformers.All models, except TRT03 series, have a built-in true three-phase power source, which is necessary for testing turns ratio of transformers with special configurations, such as phase-shifting, rectifier, arc-furnace, traction transformers, etc.DV Power turns ratio testers can output various test voltages for different applications. From the extremely low test voltage of 1 V AC that enables turns ratio verification of the majority of current transformers, up to the highest test voltage of 500 V AC that provides the most accurate turns ratio testing of power transformers used in power generation and transmission. By using the external booster, test voltage increases up to 5 kV AC in order to successfully test capacitive voltage transformers.All DV Power turns ratio testers have a built-in tap changer control unit. Because of that, it is possible to control the on-load tap changer (OLTC) directly from the device. Three-component quartz force ring sensors are capable of simultaneously measuring dynamic force in three orthogonal directions (X, Y, and Z). They contain three sets of quartz plates that are stacked in a preloaded arrangement. Each set responds to the vector component of an applied force acting along its sensitive axis. 3-component ring force sensors must be statically preloaded for optimum performance. Preloading provides the sensing elements with the compressive loading required to allow the proper transmission of shear forces.
