Till now we used to manufacture 3 different equipments for Driver, MCPCB and Luminaires Component testing. We at SCR Elektroniks have developed our comprehensive tester to incorporate all the 3 systems in a single bench. Here in this tester one can test all the three DUT in a single bench. Since all the 3 testing procedures have many tests in common, we have incorporated all the tests in a single bench such that testing of Luminaire driver, Luminaire PCB and Final Luminaire set is performed in single test bench. Only these tests are performed over the DUT else other are disabled for them.

This commercial standard uses Fibre Channel as a point-to-point communication link for low latency with the ARINC818 defining the packetized protocol for transmission of the digital video information. The use of SoC (System on Chip) based core designs with one dual core RISC processor per port, massive DDR3 memory and IRIG-B time encoder/decoder functions are standard. The ARINC818 modules are available in PCIe formats.The new ultra high performance intelligent 4-lane PCIe 2.0 interface modules offer 2 ports with full function test, simulation, monitoring and analyzer functions for ARINC818 interfaces. The dual core processor provides onboard processing and data transfer capabilities for the most demanding applications including ARINC818 support done on board level. The GX3788 is a user configurable, FPGA-based, 3U PXI multi-function card which supports digital and analog test capabilities. The card employs the Altera Stratix III FPGA which features over 45,000 logic elements and 1.836 Kb of memory. The GX3788 is based on the GX3700 FPGA card and includes an integral daughter board which provides (8) differential input, 16-bit, 250 MS/s A to D converters and (8), 16-bit, 1 MS/s, D to A converters. The module's FPGA is pre-programmed, providing access to all digital and analog functions. Alternatively, users can program or modify the FPGA , allowing user to adapt the module to their own specific test needs. The design of the FPGA is done by using Altera's free Quartus II Web Edition tool set. Once the user has compiled the FPGA design, the configuration file can be loaded into the FPGA directly or via an on-board EEPROM.
