Our model 40-587A, along with the following models40-584, 40-585, 40-586Aare high-density single pole PXI matrices each supporting 256 crosspoints. All models use gold-plated contact electromechanical relays. The PXI matrix modules are designed for switching medium voltage and power signals. The user signal connection is via a robust 78, 50 or 37 pin D-Type or 160 pin DIN 41612 connector that is fully supported by the wide range of our cable and connector accessories.

The 40-834A-002 (PXI) and 42-834A-002 (PXIe) are 75 Ohm 8 to 1 RF multiplexers with 2 banks in a single slot. They have been designed to exhibit low insertion loss and VSWR through the use of modern RF relay technology at an affordable cost. Each MUX has been carefully designed to ensure excellent and repeatable RF characteristics to frequencies of 3GHz with each path having a nominally equal insertion loss. The design of the 40/42-834A minimizes the injection of noise and unwanted signals into the signal path by careful attention to the mechanical and electrical design.

Our small format embedded switching (SIM relay) cards offer a choice of switching configurations using low cost industry standard SIM connectors. They free the designer from the detail of routing complex switching circuits, you may select from a wide range of cards using the built in RS-232 and I2C interfaces. These low-cost embedded switching cards are intended to be mounted on to a simple motherboard. They may be used to construct very high density switching networks.
