External Input Module
EIM-01
The EIM-01 external input module is used to safely isolate and input an external drive signal into the MAC-01, -02 or -03 AC Power Sources/Frequency Converters. The unit can accept various waveforms from laboratory or programmable oscillators or from a Titan MOS-01, -01A, -01B when used as a slave unit in multi-KVA systems. BNC input is completely isolated and floating with 1,500VAC breakdown and excellent common mode rejection. A recessed 8% gain adjustment control is also provided. The EIM-01 must be factory installed.

Ultra-thin Mass Flow Controller
DZ-100
The DZ-100 inherits the same CRITERION™ technology—a differential pressure detection system for laminar viscous flow ranges—used on HORIBA STEC’s MFC, the D500. This innovative technology controls the mass flow of various gases with high precision. As with the D500, the user-configurable DZ-100 supports multi-range and multi-gas applications. The compact design of the MFC reduces the internal volume of the internal gas flow path, and the optimized control algorithm improves response characteristics. It uses a compact CPU with high processing capacity, and the piezo drive circuit and control CPU are installed in the MFC module while the power supply components are housed in a separate small control box. Up to four MFC modules can be controlled by connecting them with the dedicated miniature connectors.

The GX5296 offers advanced dynamic digital I/O performance and capabilities in a single slot, 3U PXI format. The 500xv is able to pump higher viscosity material by reducing the restriction within the pump, specially designed with 3/8” ports at a 45 degree angle. Ball valves are used for automating refill and continuous flow which clear easily.The 500xv syringe pump provides precise delivery of high viscosity material up to 204 mL/min. Pulse-less flow is delivered up to 5,000 psi (345 bar) for pumping thick materials. Viscosity can be reduced by heating the pump chamber. A Temperature Control Jacket can be used to raise the temperature above ambient up to 100 ◦C.The High Temperature package allows the ability to heat up to 200 ◦C.The SyriXus controller has backlighted keypad and 4-line LCD display, as well as built-in and optional interfaces for computer control and other devices.
