They are available in 14 ranges from 100 lb through 50,000 lb Hold down bolt holes are provided through the outer diameter and a threaded hole provided through the center for pushing or pulling from either end. The LCA-9PC Module provides low-cost, dedicated signal conditioning for a single bridge type load cell or torque sensor. Model LCA-9PC comes with DB9 male and female connectors, which require soldering to user-furnished mating female or male wire connectors. On- board jumper selections include sensitivities from 0.5 mV/V to 10 mV/V, bandwidths from 100 Hz to 30 kHz, and amplified outputs of 0 to ±5V, 0 to ±10V, 0-16 mA, 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA. Zero and span adjustments are via precision 25-turn low-tempco metal film otentiometers.The units can be operated next to the sensor with 4-wire hookup or at distances up to 1 km (3300 feet) with 6-wire hookup. An onboard 87.325 kΩ resistor allows easy shunt calibration at the push of a button. Provision is also made for a user-furnished calibration resistor. Power requirements are 11.8 to 26V DC with load currents from 10 to 60 mA, the latter applying when the unit provides 10V DC excitation to a 350 ohm load cell and delivers a 20 mA analog output.

The DPM-3 is a smart Plug & Play TEDS IEEE 1451.4 compliant Digital Panel Mount Load Cell meter. Just plug in a TEDS compatible Load Cell or Torque Sensor and the DPM-3 will automatically self-calibrate. When used with a non-TEDS Load Cell or Torque Sensor, the DPM-3 can be set up by simple front panel push buttons. The DPM-3 can be scaled to a full 5 digit display from 0 to 99,999 counts to read directly in engineering units such as grams, ounces, pounds, etc. The DPM-3 samples 60 readings per second (50 for 50Hz operation) for fast control response and true peak/valley reading capability. The meter has an adaptive digital filter that can automatically select the best time constant for minimum noise, yet respond rapidly to an actual change in signal level. The peak and valley values can be displayed by a push of a button on the front panel. Auto-tare allows the meter to be set to zero for any input signal level. Available options include dual relays, analog output, serial communications, and low voltage power supply.

These cells offer a calibrated and screened environment in which radiated emissions can be measured and immunity to RF radiation can be tested. They exceed the requirements of IEC61000-4-20, thus affording compliant testing to IEC61000-4-3 and pre-compliance testing for radiated emission testing. The Cells are a modified form of GTEM cell, using a balanced dual septum design which maximises EUT volume for a given external size of cell, and dramatically improves field linearity. The EUT volume is fully lined in structural polycarbonate capable of supporting heavy products and access is via a large, full height door at the end of the cell. Adjacent to the door is the I/O filter compartment which can be customised to suit the users requirements.
