  • FPGA Mezzanine Card

    FMC407 - Abaco Systems Inc

The FMC407 is a low noise clock generation and distribution module with eight clock outputs and eight trigger outputs that are fully synchronized. There are two configurations: 34.375MHz-200MHz or 34.375MHz-4.4GHz. The FMC407 is ideal for applications that require synchronous A/D or D/A sampling across multiple cards or systems.

  • Tunable Non-Reflective Band-Reject Filter (700MHz-1GHz)

    SPCL-00597 - K&L Microwave

This device is placed after the DUT to protect the Spectrum Analyzer from high-power fundamentals and provide harmonic measurements. The non-reflective functionality prevents energy from bouncing back to the DUT and raising the noise floor level.Broadband matching improves dynamic range and reducesmeasurement uncertainty.

  • Sound Level Meters

    PCE Instruments

A sound level meter is a measuring instrument used to assess noise or sound levels by measuring sound pressure. Often referred to as a sound pressure level (SPL) meter, decibel (dB) meter, noise meter or noise dosimeter, asound level meter uses a microphone to capture sound. The sound is then evaluated within the sound level meter and acoustic measurement values are shown on the display of the sound level meter. The most common unit of acoustic measurement for sound is the decibel (dB); however, some sound level meter devices also determine the equivalent continuous sound level (Leq) and other acoustic parameters. With a portable sound level meter, industrial hygiene and workplace safety professionals can measure sound levels in multiple locations to ensure environmental conditions fall within recommended exposure limits (RELs). Some sound level meter devices can be permanently installed for continuous monitoring of sound levels at a work or job site. PCE sound level meter products are lightweight, easy-to-use and manufactured in accordance with the highest industrial standards.

  • Active Filter

    J2190A - PICOTEST Corp.

The J2190A active filter presents a high impedance (approximately 150kOhms) minimizing the loading of the circuit being tested. The output impedance is 50 Ohms allowing low noise coaxial connections to all typical test equipment. The 0.1Hz-10Hz noise band is common for opamp measurements, voltage regulators and voltage references. Many application notes offer schematics of such a filter for test purposes. An engineer’s time is much too valuable to be spent building test equipment. We have created a 4th order high pass and 4th order low pass filter with an optimally flat response and 0dB gain. Additional filters can be cascaded for even sharper cutoff.
