The Keysight Technologies, Inc. E8782A pin matrix with instrumentation and E8783A pin matrix card are new additions that double the number of supported channels offered by the previous E8792A and E8793A matrix cards. With this increase in supported channels, customers can now support tests on units with a higher number of pin counts using the E6198A switch/load unit. Effectively, the E8782A pin matrix with instrumentation is configured with 24 instrument channels and 40 measurement channels and retains the features included with the older E8792A card.

The GX6188 is a 6U PXI, high density matrix, GENASYS architecture switching card. The card provides the user with the ability to connect and interface resources to multiple UUT connections. The board consists of two matrices - a 104x8 and a 8x8 matrix. The GX6188 can connect to 104 UUT switching points, eight external resources and an eight channel global bus via front panel connectors. Multiple GX6188 cards can be connected using the global bus. Like other GENASYS switch cards, the GX6188 features an integral, 3-dimensional switching architecture which provides the flexibility to connect test system resources to multiple UUT connections as well as supporting an expansion bus connection without sacrificing I/O matrix connections when building multiple switch card configurations.

Digital Acquisition Card

The PI-41000-4G is a CompactPCI® bus based instrument card that allows the user to capture up to 32-bits of digital data into an on-board memory at clock rates up to 120 MHz. The inputs are software configurable to provide one 32-bit wide channel, one 16-bit wide channel with double depth or two 16-bit channels. When configured with a single 16-bit input, the card will capture at up to 120 MHz. When configured with two 16-bit inputs or as a single 32-bit input, the card will capture at up to 80 MHz. Each digital data channel requires three timing signals, frame, line and pixel to accommodate the data capture. When operating in a two channel mode, clocks from channel A can be used to provide timing to channel B. For wider words or multiple channels, more boards can be used in parallel.
