Up to 14 GHz PXI Vector Signal Analyzer - The PXIe‑5665 is a modular, three‑stage superheterodyne analyzer that you can use as either a spectrum analyzer or vector signal analyzer. In addition, you can use the PXIe‑5665 with the Modulation Toolkit to analyze custom and standard modulation formats. Data Acquisition Module
The CPCI-AD16 module provides a 3U high performance data acquisition subsystem. The Local DSP can be used to simply move data samples to the CPCI bus or can provide processing functions such as limit checking, FFT’s, digitalfiltering, etc. Application software can be downloaded to the DSP via the CPCI interface. Instrumentation amplifiers provide over-voltage protection, gain and filtering on a per channel basis. Internal scan and trigger clocks are derived from either the CPCI bus clock or the local DSP clock. Dual 32 bit timers can programmed to pace the acquisition process. The CPCI-AD16 can also accept external scan and trigger signals from a front panel connector.

The 40-830 is a 75 RF Switch available with 3 or 6 separate SPDT relays in a single PXI slot. Both versions have been designed to exhibit low insertion loss and VSWR through the use of modern RF relay technology at an affordable cost. The switch banks have been carefully designed to ensure excellent and repeatable RF characteristics to frequencies of 3GHz with each path having a nominally equal insertion loss.
