Rack Mounted Load Banks
Traditional commissioning is a daunting task. Since formal system operation doesn’t begin until the system is commissioned, the commissioning team experiences intense pressure to complete the commissioning process quickly. Commissioning can involve high expense and requires staffs from different departmental disciplines to work together. For these reasons data center commissioning has almost uniquely been associated with large data centers (over 20,000 ft2 or 1,858 m2). In the recent past, many data center managers chose to roll the dice and perform little or no commissioning, relying only on start-up data to press ahead with launching the new data center. Given the reality of 24x7 operations, however, the alternative of exposure to major system failures and accompanying downtime is no longer an economically viable option. Commissioning has now become a business necessity. JUNXY series AC & DC rack mounted load banks can be used to introduce heat loads and to allow for simultaneous testing of both electrical and cooling systems.

Programmable Wide Frequency AC Power
PWF series
The PWF series is a family of programmable AC power source with wide range of adjustable frequency, developed for aerospace or military’s 400Hz and 800Hz test applications, such as lab use, compliance test, and quality assurance. The PWF series consists of L series and M series, which have different output frequency range. L series provides 45~500Hz and 0~300V output, and M series provides 300~800Hz and 0-150V output. Users can select communication interfaces of RS-485, RS-232, and optional GPIB. The PWF series also have programming sequence functions of STEP and GRADUAL modes, three phase independent control, phase angle control, and disturbance function.

Portable Hand Held Load Cell Indicator
MODEL SSI
The SSI is a Plug & Play Smart TEDS IEEE 1451.4 compliant portable handheld Load Cell Indicator. Just plug in a TEDS compatible Load Cell or Torque Sensor and the SSI will automatically self-calibrate. When used with a non-TEDS Load Cell or Torque Sensor, the SSI can be set up by simple front panel push buttons. The SSI can be scaled to a full 5 digit display from 0 to 99,999 counts to read directly in engineering units such as grams, ounces, pounds, inch pounds, etc. The SSI also has a Units key for automatic conversion of readings for load, torque and pressure. The SSI has an ultra-fast signal-sampling rate of 15,360 samples/second for true peak and/or valley testing capability. Auto-tare allows the meter to be set to zero for any input signal level. The SSI also features a USB port for data logging to a PC. You can also log data to the SSI’s internal memory storing up to 16,000 time and date stamped readings. The SSI also features 2 built-in solid-state alarm relays with LED and audible indicators. The SSI will operate up to 65 hours on a single charge or use the included battery charger for applications where the SSI is mounted permanently.
