The EZ-Glider inverted telescoping torque arms securely keep electric or pneumatic torque tools in perpendicular or a level alignment to help prevent side loading or cross threading occurring during the assembly process. Crafted with lightweight durable carbon fiber the torque arm collapses like a telescope. Model DM-100 Series sensors feature intelligent electronics, non-intrusive operator interface and comprehensive fault diagnostics. The sensor is packaged in an electro-polished 316 stainless steel housing fitted with a ¾ inch NPT thread. The plug-in, field replaceable sensor cell features large surface area gold-plated pins that reduce the effects of corrosion in harsh industrial environments. Signal conditioning electronics are completely encapsulated in the sensor housing adding a high level of durability to the design. The packaging is XP-intrinsically safe. The Model PS1 under tank probe is designed to be used in conjunction with customer-supplied ¾” National Pipe Thread (NPT) PVC piping and the product has a ¾” (NPT) threaded end that accepts a standard coupling. Any number of pipe pieces can be combined via couplings to provide the required probe insertion length under a tank. The probe can be combined with any standard reference electrode with a ¼ x 20 threaded fitting, including the RE-5, RE-5C and RE-7 portable reference electrodes. Reference electrodes are sold separately. The sealed cable to be fed through a customer-supplied PVC pipe comprises #16 AWG wire with red colored PVC insulation and the wire length can be selected via the radio buttons in the field below.

Upgraded "bare" versions of our probes for space-saving installation into oil (or SF6) tanks are now available. These probes are similar to the VD series probes with somewhat lower accuracy at a somewhat lower cost. When installing these probes some information about the surrounding areas is required. The length of a VD-120 bare probe (120 kV) is 0.35 m. These units are threaded and can therefore be stacked into higher voltage units. The VD-60 and VD-120 are offered at 60 kV and 120 kV respectively. The bare probes are now available for use in air, but only at 60 and 1120 kV sizes.
