Spanawave Corporation
Spanawave's test port extension cables are the perfect alternative to over-priced models from other manufacturers. These test cables provide the utmost precision in vector measurements in the lab and during calibrations. Besides the electrical performance, these VNA cables are rugged and feature a lightweight armor to insure consistent performance over time. A wide variety of connectors are available including the precision "NMD" or "port ruggedized" connectors, which mate directly to the VNA port. Custom lengths and configurations are available. Please contact us for application help and pricing.

QPA8, PA8 -
GigaBaudics Co.
This device has low impedance mismatch, high bandwidth, wide dynamic range and is capable of rapid state change. The QPA8 can be an attractive alternative to either the manually operated microwave attenuator switches, which are expensive and are switched very slowly, or the relay attenuators which are expensive and wear out quickly. Attenuation is controlled in standard steps of 0.0625 dB. The 10 bit programmable range results in the full 210=1024 steps yielding a dynamic range of 0 to 63.9375dB. Non-standard custom step sizes are available.

ADF4356 -
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADF4356 allows implementation of fractional-N or integer-N phase-locked loop (PLL) frequency synthesizers when used with an external loop filter and an external reference frequency. A series of frequency dividers at another frequency output permits operation from 53.125 MHz to 6800 MHz. The ADF4356 has an integrated VCO with a fundamental output frequency ranging from 3400 MHz to 6800 MHz. In addition, the VCO frequency is connected to divide by 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, or 64 circuits that allow the user to generate RF output frequencies as low as 53.125 MHz. For applications that require isolation, the RF output stage can be muted. The mute function is both pin- and software-controllable.

BE70A -
Samtec Inc.
The BE70A Series uses a single block design for ganged cabling and compression mount to the PCB, making it easier to install and eliminates soldering. The block consists of two rows, with up to 16 contacts, and is available for both microstrip and stripline transmission types. This proprietary cable design offers superior grounding (360-degree grounding with stripline) around a spring-loaded signal contact and provides a 1.85 mm connectors for RF device interfacing.
