Network Security Appliances
With the development and popularization of cloud computing technologies, traditional network security providers are repositioning and moving their development efforts from network security solutions that can only handle single point security issues to a new generation of network security solution that are effective in big data and cloud computing environments. ICT equipment providers in the network security industry need network security servers that have massive DPI parsing power, full support for NFV and SDN, and a powerful big data processing engine. This equipment must also support dynamic capacity expansion and scalable IO extension in order to adapt to a more complicated cloud environment.

32-CH Isolated DIO PCI Cards
PCI-7230/33/34
ADLINK"s PCI-723X series are 32-CH isolated input and/or output cards which provide a 2,500 V optical isolation protection. The wide input range of the PCI-7230 and PCI-7233 makes it easy to sense the status of external devices. The non-polarity characteristic is suitable for a wide variety of industry applications. The PCI-7230 and PCI-7234 devices also feature a wide output range from 5 to 35 V, which is suitable for relay driving and industrial automation applications. The PCI-7234P provides current-source output capability. The PCI-7230 and PCI-7233 also provide two interrupt sources on digital input channels. The PCI-7233 also features a change-of-state (COS) function that generates an interrupt when any digital input changes its state.

Computer-On Modules
Computing technology is advancing at an incredible pace, pressuring equipment manufacturers to find ways keep up in order to stay competitive. For companies developing both high-end and entry-level products, this challenge is even greater due to the need to incorporate a wider range of technology. Manufacturers who need to satisfy a wide range of product requirements in a way that minimizes development effort and time-to-market should consider adopting a Computer-on-Module (COM) strategy.
