2-in-1 high-voltage test hood with integrated interchangeable setHV hood for electrical safety test & function test.The test cells are made of stable, highly insulating plastic and are closed by a swiveling, transparent cover. The built-in safety switch is used to lock the hood and release the high-voltage sources. This ensures that no high voltage is active when the door is open. There is a generously dimensioned wiring space in the floor of the test cage. An interchangeable adapter plate in the test cell - optionally with an interchangeable interface or an interchangeable adapter cassette - allows quick adaptation to different types of test items. Prepared openings enable connectors and other common interfaces or cable bushings to be easily attached. The hood is opened and closed almost effortlessly thanks to precisely coordinated gas springs.

AC / DC - Power Supplies
The spectrum of DC power supplies ranges from simple power adapters with only one output voltage to complex controllable power sources. Power adapters, often also called plug-in mains adapters, are mainly used for small electrical appliances (such as telephones, strings of light, notebooks, etc.) in private households. They are included in the scope of delivery of the product and only serve to supply power with a defined output voltage of 6 V or 12 V, for example. The output power is usually limited to < 200 W due to the simple design.

Our OTP² system platform provides the basis for reliable tests of products equipped with single or multiple LEDs. Optical measurement values like color and intensity can be recognized reliably by the integrated LED analyzers. Depending on the application, it is also possible to employ camera systems for the optical evaluation of LEDs.

Solar Array Simulator
Among other things, solar array simulators are required for testing satellite power supplies. An SAS (Solar Array Simulator), consisting of an interconnection of several Solar Array Simulator modules, maps the solar panels and displays the individual strings connected in parallel. Optionally, the individual SAS modules are monitored by a Second Level Protection, so that the test object is not damaged in case of errors with the voltage sources. Additional circuitry is implemented via project-specific test modules. The signal path to the DUT can be separated, e.g. for dynamic current measurements.The Keysight Solar Array Simulators used were specially developed for satellite applications and cover the significantly higher requirements regarding the control speed of MPP tracking compared to terrestrial applications.

Measurement and Analytics Solutions
Based on our OTP² system platform, we were able to implement a family of scalable test systems which is based on a common systems architecture, e. g. for products in the area of chemical analytics measurement. We not only implemented a universal, extremely comprehensive test system, but also a series of compact systems for benchtop placement which are fully compatible with the larger, universal system. Our specialized self-test adapters and test software enable fast verification of the test systems as well as partly automated calibration by the customer.Our systems are also used in electrical measurement applications, e. g. for calibrating analog input assemblies for PLC technology. For this purpose, specialized calibrators are integrated into the system; they provide traceable calibration of the relevant stimulus signals.
