  • Probe Card

    VC43™/VC43EAF™ - Celadon

VC43™/VC43EAF™ probe cards offer a larger format version of the popular VC20. In addition to saving time, another advantage of the modularity is the ability to leave the interface in place and simply install the VC43™ topside using Celadon’s twist and lock insertion tool which minimizes the possibility of triboelectric or interconnect issues that can occur during typical probe card changes. The VC43™ can be used for production parametric test, modeling, characterization, and wafer level reliability testing. Cards can be configured up to 104 probes in either single or dual layer with near vertical probes to minimize scrub lengths on pads allowing the VC43s to probe pads as small as 30 microns.

  • Axial Clip-On Extensionmeters for Cable

    Instron

Rugged design extensometer for axial tensile testing of stranded wire requiring a long gage length device and the ability to measure axial elongation accurately on a specimen that twists when pulled. This design allows long measuring ranges, yet retains compatibility with electronics for strain gaged transducers. Meets existing ASTM class B-2 and ISO 9513, class 0,5 requirements for accuracyDuring operation, the upper half of the extensometer pulls out of the main body. Tapered measuring beams activate strain gaged flexures within the unit. The units have hardened tool steel knife edges that are easily replaced. Quick attach kit (included) allows easy one hand mounting on specimen. Removal of the extensometer from the specimen prior to fracture, to avoid damage to the instrument, is strongly recommended.Type of Loading: static tension Specimen Material: alloy steel Specimen Types: stranded cable

  • Flow Indicators

    Kobold Instruments, Inc.

Flow indicator with rotor features a self-cleaning mechanism to ensure full visibility of the rotor at all times. Typical sight flow indicators suffer from poor indicator visibility through normal use from build-up that impedes observation of the rotor through the viewing window. Typically, for a sight flow indicator to be cleaned, it must be removed from the pipeline, cleaned and then replaced at some specified time, such as during plant shutdown. Unfortunately, dirt build-up does not typically schedule itself to correspond with planned shutdowns. Enter the KOBOLD DAA Series flow indicator. Simply twist the sight glass and the integral wipers clean the flow indicator's viewing area to allow unobstructed observation of the rotor. The offending contaminants are then simply washed away by the media flow. This process may be repeated as often as desired with no fuss and no downtime. The DAA is available with brass or stainless steel fittings with " to 1" NPT female threads. The DAA is also available without a rotor for observation of fluid condition.
