  • Motor Winding Ohmmeter

RMO-M Series - IBEKO Power AB

The motor/generator winding resistance test is used to identify open windings, shorts between two windings, short to grounds, connection mistakes or shorted turns. This non-invasive test of winding resistance helps to pinpoint problems regarding windings in stator or rotor part of an electrical machine. Additionally, motor winding ohmmeter has the capability of performing heat run test which will show a change in windings resistance with an increase of temperature. The RMO-M series is designed as an ideal aid in preventive maintenance of electrical motors and generators. They are powerful (up to 100A of test current), portable (8 kg) and generate DC current which is completely ripple-free. This makes measurement very precise with 0,1% accuracy.Three voltage channels make measurement very easy since it is possible to obtain a value of all three winding resistances in one measurement

  • Turbine Flowmeters

    Titan Enterprises Ltd

Titan’s small turbine flowmeter range use a radial flow principle based on the Pelton wheel technique. This well proven method is the ideal way of measuring low rates of flow of low viscosity liquids. For these mini flowmeters, a jet of fluid is directed at a turbine that is mounted on robust low friction sapphire bearings. The geometry of the turbine and the fluid chamber ensures that the rotational speed of the rotor is proportional to the flow rate through the device. The use of this radial arrangement allows more energy to be imparted into the turbine, so the bearing drag is far less important. Furthermore, because more energy is available the bearings themselves can be a lot stronger so increasing the life of the flowmeter. For larger flows, some of the liquid can bypass the turbine chamber, which then behaves as a “shunt” to the metered fluid. Accuracy is still maintained and the output remains linear.

  • HDG and OBS Track Select Panel

    TA-260 - Tech-Aid Products

Universal Heading and Track Selector Panel This panel provides a synchro transmitter for Heading and a synchro resolver for Nav converter alignment. The synchros are mounted on industry standard 18:1 dual speed drives for maximum accuracy and repeatability. This unit can be used to calibrate both manual and automatic converters. This panel provides a rear mounted interface connector as well as front mounted tip jacks for independent breakout if so desired. The TA-260 also provides two discrete switches associated with the resolver configuration. The 30Hz/400Hz switch is provided to allow the resolver to be properly compensated for the type of Nav converter to be aligned. The second switch allows you to open or short the resolver rotor lead as may be required by some newer GPS equipment. This panel is lightweight enough for portable use or may be rack mounted.

  • Integrated Multi-Gas Detector for Unmanned Aerial System

    MUVE C360 - Teledyne FLIR

The FLIR MUVE™C360 is a multi-gas detector completely integrated with an unmanned aerial system (UAS) to provide real-time continuous monitoring of chemical hazards while on the move. The sensor block boasts 8-channels, which includes a photoionization detector (PID), Lower Explosive Limit (LEL) detector, and six other sensors. The integrated snorkel is designed to negate the effects of rotor wash, extending past the propellers to sample the unperturbed air. The MUVE C360 sensor block quickly latches to a proprietary integration dock mounted to the UAS. The FLIR calibration station features the same dock, so the operator can easily connect for routine sensor verification. Sensor readouts are prioritized based on alarm conditions and are displayed real-time on the pilot’s interface in the FLIR VueLink™ app. The MUVE C360 is a time-saving, game-changer for emergency responders, industrial safety officers, and environmental monitoring experts.

  • Viscometers

    PCE Instruments

A viscometer, viscosity meter or rheometer is a measuring instrument used to determine a fluid's internal flow resistance or viscosity. The term viscosity typically refers to shear viscosity, i.e., how a material reacts to being sheared. Rotational viscometers with rotating spindles or rotors, also known as "cup and bob" or Searle viscometers, are the most common tools used to measure the shear viscosity of fluids. However, a fluid's viscosity also may be measured on the basis of stretching. The technical term to refer to this is extensional viscosity.A viscometer is frequently used in laboratories, but it also has practical applications in factories and other industrial environments. A viscometer can be an important component in process and quality control. Companies can save money by placing a viscometer in a production line and making fluid viscosity measurements in real time.PCE Instruments offers a variety of handheld, portable, benchtop and in-process, real-time viscometer products that measure the absolute / dynamic (shear) and kinematic viscosity of fluids. Handheld or portable viscosity meter devices allow users to take simple, single-point measurements in the field and in the lab. Benchtop or stationary viscometer devices are complex rheological measuring systems that allow for a more detailed examination of liquid samples.

  • Vibration Diagnostics System

    VDS - Crystal instruments

The Vibration Diagnostic System (VDS) is a vibration data management system designed specifically for the machinery Predictive Maintenance (PdM) community. It harnesses the graphic display capabilities of Crystal Instruments EDM Software for the work of machinery vibration analysts. It allows the user to quickly get to the data for a machine of interest and displays that data in the familiar Tri-axial or Single Axis view. Users can quickly compare other data from the same machine, quickly navigate back into the historical data of the machine, and quickly compare the data to that of other machines in the database. The software supports the construction of Average (a.k.a. baseline) data for a class of machines and allows easy comparison to that data as well. A full suite of cursors designed specifically for PdM analysis is provided for inuitive user interaction with the data.In addition to great graphics, an extensible machine modeling system was developed specifically for vibration analysis. VDS allows users to model machines based on the elements of the machine that can contribute to the vibration energy of the whole. Model bearings, rotors such as motor bars, couplings such as flexible and fluid couplings, account for slip in fluid couplings, model gears and pulley systems, and model turbines by accounting for each stage. The system is wide open, users can create new elements to use within a system. Users that may not want to do all that are provided with a comprehensive library of machine components such as AC and Induction Motors, Couplings, Gears, Pulleys, Pumps, and other components. Single and double gear shafts allows users to model many kinds of gear boxes with an unlimited number of stages. This ability alone lets users model their machines to view and use to keep track of vibration pickup locations, record the forcing frequencies of each part of the system, and attach attributes such as manufacturer and other part information.
